WINTER SKI ACCESS
Keystone Resort spans 3,148 skiable acres across Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and the Outback, and Dercum runs night skiing until 8 p.m. most nights during peak season. Epic Pass access, Kids Ski Free (two kids 12 and under per paying adult), the River Run Gondola into the village, and a five-mile groomed Nordic system round out the on-mountain side. Keystone Lake freezes into a five-acre outdoor rink with skate rentals and horse-drawn sleigh rides, and a lift-served tubing hill runs on the lakeside. Arapahoe Basin is about fifteen minutes up the road — the longest ski season in Colorado, typically October through June. Breckenridge is twenty minutes south. Denver International Airport is roughly ninety minutes east. For a solo Epic Pass skier or a couple, the value math is why this studio pencils out: same shuttle, same pool, same mountain access as the bigger units in the complex, at a fraction of the nightly cost.

THE LOCATION
West Keystone sits at about 9,200 feet — wooded, residential, and quiet, on the Soda Ridge Road side of the resort. The complex includes a heated pool, hot tub, and dry sauna, and the free resort shuttle covers the village and River Run. Walk to Keystone Lake for the winter ice rink and the tubing hill. Free shuttle to River Run. Frisco Bay, Sapphire Point, and the Silverthorne outlets are all inside twenty minutes.

GUEST ACCESS
Access codes are provided through the Gilson guest portal before arrival. A brief identity verification is required before check-in. Guests have access to the studio and the shared complex amenities — heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and the free resort shuttle. Free on-site parking.
