This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom sleeps 2 across a King bed. Centrally located in River Run Village, you're just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and the slopes! Guests can walk to the lift and surrounding shops, local restaurants, coffee and mountain views. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

As you enter the unit there is a bench and storage hooks for guests convenience. The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It also comes stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. Enjoy a meal with the whole family at the dining table seating six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Modern light fixtures have been installed in the living and dining areas.

Unwind after a busy day in the living area, featuring a gas fireplace, mounted TV and access to the private balcony. Have a movie night with a DVD/Blue-ray player in the living room for guest use.

The spacious master bedroom features a king sized bed, mounted TV, and a sitting chair by the window. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a bathtub/shower combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Perfect little one bedroom condo!!

Reviewer Comments: From the app that answers all your questions sent the week prior to arrival to easy check in and check out, this one bedroom condo was perfect for my daughter and me to hit the slopes! The heated garage and the one parking space and the nearness to the slopes made this property one we will come back to visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very comfortable and clean. The late check-in and early check-out times are my only complaint, but the reservations team let us use the pool while we waited to check in to our room so that was nice. The reservations team was super helpful and kept us informed of needed info before and during our stay.

river run keystone - 1st floor - Red Hawk

Location was awesome. Construction around and surround the condo. Locating parking - etc. was a zoo. THE COUCH WAS BROKEN? Yes, the couch was broken. Had a sign on it?!? We did much sight seeing and what not - but if we would have had planned on that sleeping situation we would have been very upset. HOT. The sleeping space has limited air circulation. The area with broken couch was very breezy. We purchased a fan for ourselves. Many other units had fans in windows. Apparently summit has been warmer than usual.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! Walk to the lifts and restaurants. Perfect for what we needed. The humidifier in the closet is a nice touch during the winter. The only issue we noticed is the TV is quite high for the size of the room. It’s a bit difficult to comfortably sit in the couch and view.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
