The Space:
This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom with a Queen sized bed, plus a den with a fold out sofa bed, and a living room sofa bed. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island with bar seating for 2. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The patio entrance in the living room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. The living room features an electric fireplace, comfy plush seating, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The sofa also works as another sleeping space. We've got you covered with high speed internet service, and there's a dedicated laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking.

This unit also has a separate den that has a sofabed and another smart TV.

• So fresh and so clean! All bookings exceeding 13 days, with 3 or more guests, receive a complimentary mid-stay cleaning.

• Please note that extra linens are in the living room's center box, additional duvets and two pillows are in the main bedroom's dresser, and more washcloths are in the bathroom bin.

• Please note that the swim spa, bowling and hydro plunge pool is currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property.

• Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.

• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.


1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

2. If you’re travelling with a pet, please let us know. The pet fee is a one-time charge of $49/pet.
