We (3 women friends) enjoyed our stay very much! The communication with the owner from start to finish was excellent. Accommodations were just what we wanted with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 nicely appointed bathrooms and nice area for relaxing at night. Very clean and good location.

Cozy Fall Getaway

Our 5th straight year staying at this cozy townhome nestled in the Galena Territory. The place is clean and well furnished. Everything looks like it has been updated over the past few years. Management has always treated us very well. We'll definitely be back!

The unit is beautiful and clean and was very well stocked for a comfortable stay. It has nice gathering areas. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having King beds in each room.

1- there were ants in the kitchen. On the walls and on the counters. You should have that checked 2- there were some outlets that did not work. One in the bathroom, one in the bedroom main floor and one in the family room. 3- there was an order from the garbage can cabinet. Musty smell. We sprayed Lysol but it did not go away. 4- concerned about the tape in the upstairs bath.

Family Time for the 4th of July!

Our family was looking for a place to stay where there would be no fireworks allowed on the property because our dog is extremely fearful of the noise. We were pleasantly surprised that we did not hear more than 5 pops and that was it! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Each couple had a king sized bed! The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared a few meals. We had access to the community pool which was fun for us and our grandson. We also golfed on the property. Our host was always prompt with any questions we may have had. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Spring break family trip

Wonderful weekend, perfect place!

We have used vacation rental sites for years to go on trips with our family and have had good and bad experiences.. and this was a wonderful experience! We traveled with our college aged sons and with our dogs. Everyone had space and plenty of it. The home was comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need! We were able to enjoy Galena and the area, went for a horseback ride, and also spent time in the home watching movies, making dinner, playing games and being together. Everything was so clean and fresh. Definitely would (and probably will!) stay here again!

Weekend away

We so enjoyed the property for a weekend meet up with friends from Illinois! We decided we all needed a weekend of downtime and didn’t leave the house all weekend and it had everything we needed!!

We really enjoyed absolutely everything about this property-location worked perfect for us with all the golf courses and running trails! Loved having access to yhe owner’s club! It was the perfect reset before the start of another busy school year! Communication was excellent!

Ladies weekend

Great space! We had 6 adults and felt there was plenty of space. Nice, big,comfortable beds. The unit is well stocked. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch! Communication with the management company was superb! Would definitely stay here again!

**As our guest, you'll have access to the GTA Owners Club, including an indoor and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), fitness room, game room, basketball/tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, and more. Children can enjoy the outdoor playground, located at the Lake Galena Marina, while adults explore the hiking trails and Lake Galena. While the amenities are usually open, there may be limited usage at times, and no discounts or refunds will be provided. Nevertheless, the HOA maintains the facilities well for guests to enjoy. While COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted at the GTA Owners Club, some amenities require reservations - lap swimming at the indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and outdoor basketball courts. Golf, swim, fish, relax, work out, spa day, or spend a day on the historic streets of Downtown Galena. Renters have ample opportunities in the winter as well, considering that Chestnut Mountain is only 20 minutes away and offers skiing and snowboarding too.
