Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo sleeps 8 people. This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa.

This unit just joined the rental market in April 2023!

Located at 2301 South Ocean Blvd in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, this 14th floor condo offers a resort atmosphere for year-round enjoyment.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and a beautiful view from the private ocean view balcony.

From fine dining, live theatre shows, unlimited shopping, to dozens of championship golf courses, Crescent Beach offers everything you want without compromising the privacy you deserve. Seaside Resort has all of the amenities you need, and it's right on the beach so you can enjoy the warm Atlantic waters at your own leisure.

A little Paradise on the 14th floor
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a spotless condo. It was tastefully decorated in pastels and the theme was the seashore. It is well located close to all our needs.We enjoyed three 65” smart tvs with fantastic coverage.Views of the ocean and city were great will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property
The property was clean and nicely decorated. Pools were nice. Close to the beach and great view. Would stay again if given the opportunity.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lovely property, away from everything
Beauty room, very nice, clean property overall. Kitchens are a bit tiny for a two bedroom. Beautiful beach, and fantastic view from the balcony. Only drawback is the fact that there are really no shops, restaurants or activities within easy walking distance. The main business area is a few miles north, necessitating a car or golf cart.
