While you do have to climb stairs to reach the third-floor unit, the stairs are not too steep and make it easy to reach your destination. It's a 3-flight walkup with wide stairs and landings (NO ELEVATOR). The climb will be worth it when you step into this fully-renovated oasis! This spacious and comfy condo has a living area, dining area, balcony, full kitchen with bar, washer/dryer, and WIFI. There's a large screen Smart TV in the living area. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, large screen Smart TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is oversized, with a king-size bed, sitting area, and large screen Smart TV. The second bedroom has a detached bathroom that includes a shower-tub combination. A full-sized pullout sofa is in the living area and can accommodate additional guests, if needed. There is a balcony that includes pub-height adirondack chairs to sit in as you sip your morning coffee while you enjoy a sunrise over the ocean. Your balcony also overlooks the condo pool. The outside amenities at Ocean Garden Villas include a swimming pool surrounded by a wooden sun deck, a grill and picnic area on-site, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day on the beach. When it's time for dinner, you can make a meal in the kitchen or head out to sample one of the many restaurants in the area.
