The deck was so relaxing with a great view. Very relaxing and everything you need there. The only downside for me was the bed. Way too firm! Felt like sleeping on plywood. I would suggest a mattress topper. Everything else was perfect

Cozy Space with Sweet Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting this specific apartment. Love sitting on the balacony, studying the art on the walls, and the convenience of the shower (instead of a tub). Hubby loves to fish on the private pier at night while I read in the apt.

Condo A1 is a great place to say

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay in condo A1. We prefer A1 as there is a view on both sides of the balcony. The air conditioner works great, which is always a plus. We always stay at Bay Tree as there are boat slips to keep the boat right on the property, so we don't have to haul the boat in and out of the water every single day.

Memorable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Baytree Condos A1 and we were as pleased this time as the last. Comfort, amenities, location etc. were outstanding and TV service is exceptional. We would like to say that the vertical blinds need replacing and the beautiful and comfortable yellow couch could use a deep clean. Apart from that, we love A1 and have reserved again for next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was what we expected and more. The floor plan of the unit was cozy and comfortable and the artwork very appealing. One issue we had was that the floor was a bit grimy, leaving indoor footwear a bit blackened. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and we've made plans to return next year.

Pretty nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute and well kept up. Nice view and amenities. However, if they could replace the box ac with a ductless ac unit it would do wonders. The place was a bit warm and the box ac went on and off all night. Also, black out Roman shades soukd be a huge plus! The blinds didn’t block any light.

Bay Tree Condos UnitA1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean, had hot water, important for shower & washing dishes (not just warm), and was very quiet. You never heard vehicular or golf cart traffic because of its location. Enjoyed sitting outside on patio and watching ships and tankers go by. Wife used stackable washer/dryer daily. There were plenty of bath towels and kitchen towels. Would definitely recommend for those that like peace and quiet.

Bay tree #A1

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room had bad odor of dead fish where previous visitor left shrimp heads in garbage disposal. Shower door handle was about to fall off. Towel rack fell off wall mount. Loud stomping and moving furniture late at night coming from unit above. Was told cleaning lady was moving furniture to clean .

Cozy View

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was nice. The set up inside allows for separation of bed and living space. The patio view was nice for a sunset and ships coming to port. The only 2 things I would say is the blinds were broken and did not go down. We had to put beach towels to cover the window above the sink. We did put a maintenance request but did not see it filled during our stay. The other thing to be mindful of is the remote in the bed room could turn on the tv in the living space since they safe a wall. All in all though, this is a nice spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. April Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Informed upon arrival A/C unit was not cooling. A temporary window unit was installed. This was second time staying in this unit. It was cleaner this time than last summer but still had ROACHES...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and was reported to office staff again! We booked another week in July for same unit. Please NO ROACHES AND A/C FIXED.
