Let us know of any special occassions. The home is left responsible for cleaning by guests. There is a $250 deposit refunded once youve cleaned after yourself. If you require professional cleaning beforehand please let us know and there will be a $250 cleaning fee.. Please note the home is supplied with enough water for the number of people on your rental contract times the average daily use. Anything above and beyond may cost a extra water usage fee. It has a big yard and gorgeous natural landscaping. A Bon fire pit out back for some memorable nights with good conversations and s’mores. Trash pick up fridays. Please recycle.
