Escape to the serene mountains and relax in our cozy 3 bedroom condo with loft which comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The interior is equipped with modern amenities and a spa and pool are available to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Our rental is located just minutes away from hiking trails, skiing slopes, and other outdoor activities, so you can make the most of your mountain getaway.
When you enter the space there is a large living area with comfortable seating and a large sliding door that opens to a balcony. The kitchen is off the living area and has all the amenities needed to whip up a meal. A dining table provides seating for meals.
Off the living area is the master bedroom that has a king bed, TV and master bath w/ 2 vanity sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo. A pellet stove offers winter heating along with wall heaters in the bedrooms.
Upstairs there is a loft w/ TV and 2 twin bunk beds (total of 4 beds). Off the loft is a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full). There is a second bathroom upstairs also with a tub/shower combo.
For those seeking entertainment, the condo has a flat-screen TV in the living room, as well as high-speed internet access throughout the unit*.
After a long day of exploring, you can relax in the community hot tub or take a dip in the pool **.
There is also free on-site 2 parking spots available (trailer counts as 1 spot), ensuring that you have a hassle-free experience. *From May 1- Oct 31 free street parking is available for additional cars and is adjacent to the complex. *
There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the entrance to the condo. (It is on the top two floors of the complex).

There are two flights of stairs in a private stairwell to reach the front door of the apartment.
During winter, the driveway is snowplowed often throughout the day to ensure access to the apartment & slopes.
Snow and storms are part of our mountain weather which gives us great skiing. It is important to be prepared with chains, etc. Refunds will not be given due to chain control or temporary road closures. If you are concerned about weather, we recommend you purchase applicable travel insurance.
In summer, like most homes in the mountains, there is no central a/c. Even on the hottest days, it cools down significantly in the evening. Windows can be opened for a nice breeze & fans are provided.
We generally have fast, reliable internet, but can’t guarantee there will be no interruptions.
We do our best to keep our place clear of insects such as ants, moths, etc but we are surrounded by nature so cannot guarantee you won’t encounter any.
1. Only 2 parking spots available only (strict) A parked trailer counts as a parking spot.
2. Trash to be disposed of in the bear-proof dumpster only.
3. No smoking of any kind allowed on the property. No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
4. 10 occupants maximum per city ordinance.
5. Town quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Please be kind to your neighbors and observe these quiet times.
6. Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. No events or parties of any kind allowed.
