This light and bright 3 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom spacious Townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California is located next to the Snowcreek meadow with spectacular mountain views and the creek just outside the door. With unobstructed views, and a large grassy area right outside the deck down to the creek, this settings offers the perfect getaway and the home features ample natural light flooding in. Cozy up together in the living area with wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, and large sectional couch to fit everyone. The kitchen comes stocked with all the kitchenware of home, and has plenty of seating for your large group in the dining area that seats 8 with two extra bonus seating area's. Enjoy the kitchen nook with dining for 4 and a comfy couch to relax, or sit at the game table and battle out a game of checkers. This unit is stocked with games, and lots of books and magazines to settle into by the fire. There is a gas grill located on the upper balcony, and a private washer/dryer gets the chores done on the lower level. And don't forget this unit is pet friendly so you can even bring Fido who love the Snowcreek Meadow to run and play in the Snow!

On the lower level the master bedroom features a relaxing ambiance with King bed looking out to shoe quaint scenic views, private attached bathroom and walk in closet, and access to the private lower level deck where you can step out and walk down to the creek, or the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The second bedroom offers a King bed, while the third features a Queen bed, sharing a full bathroom in the hall. There is an additional powder room bathroom at the entrance level. The loft is perfect for the younger visitors featuring 3 Twin beds plus an additional trundle twin bed for a total of 4. With games and plenty of space, this is the perfect hang out space for the kids. The home also comes with a secure external equipment storage closet at the entrance for all of your gear. A children's travel pack n play is also included in the King bedroom for the littles, so don't worry about packing your own.

Snowcreek offers luxurious, grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow, a cross country ski trek or a snowball fight while taking in nature's majesty. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice. This unit has free WIFI and Cable TV. It is on 3 split levels plus the additional loft, has its own front door and 3 steps to get to the front entry door. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. This home is pet-friendly with one approved pet. Our calendar is updated in real time.

The unit was nice......The only issue with the property was the distance from the parking lot and unloading all our stuff.....also there was an odor under the kitchen sink and the faucet leaked.

Annual Summer Mammoth Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has the most beautiful views in all of Snowcreek and it's right by the meadow! The beds are super comfy. The kitchen was very clean but there were some dirty utensils,pots and pans. The bathrooms were very clean. Some maintenance items to address:one burner on the stove does not work, ice maker spews crushed ice on the floor, refrigerator drawers broken, some kitchen drawers need to be fixed. For the housekeepers: Cobwebs in silk plants, vacuum living room sectional cushions for dog hair, clean slider windows for dog slime.

Amazing rental

wonderful location. By the meadow, 5 minute walk to old mammoth and shuttle line. quiet location with amazing views! we have stayed here twice now and I’d rent again in the future !!!

Roomy, Quiet, close to Slopes

We had 9 in our party and never felt crowded. Nice amount of plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. perfect location for our lab. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice layout, location, and great views, but…

The location and layout are great, but the property needs some maintenance - repair windows, fix screens, and new carpets would be a good start. Enjoyed the stay, anyway.

Wonderful location, plenty of space for large family gathering. a few minor issues

We had a wonderful family gathering here. We have stayed in many places in Snowcreek, and this location was the best - right on the meadow with great mountain views. Plenty of room for us to spread out, well equipped kitchen, nice out door patio and balcony. Appreciate being able to bring our dog. A few issues need addressing - some of the window screens broken, some window stuck closed. The living room furniture a bit worn, but serviceable. The mattress in the second (middle) bedroom could do with replacing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house needs some TLC. Lighting was poor. Cabinets not in good condition. A drawer in kitchen would fall out if pulled open. Not enough towels. Some of the windows would not close (crank style). Screen door broken. Couch was in poor condition. We caught 3 mice in the kitchen. There was a trap for one, and they other two were trapped in cups. Kitchen bar lights would go off and on by themselves. Sorry to say, I wouldn't recommend this unit.

Great Family Snow Getaway

Super comfortable house with everything we needed for the whole family. We had amazing snow and could build a snowman right outside. The kids found a hill close by to sled and the beds were comfortable. Town was close enough to drive which made everything super convenient. Only issue we had was checking in as the house wasn’t ready at 4pm and had to wait until 5:30 to check in. Understandable considering the amount of snow but still an inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!

Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our stay overlooking the nature preserve . The condo was very spacious for our large family of 7 with lots of nooks to spread out. Board games was a nice touch. Even though we got snowed in the view was incredible and we felt we had everything we needed. Would be hard for some people to navigate the long path to the doorway when it wasn’t plowed during the storm - we were grateful to not be checking in that day! Condo was somewhat dated and needing minor repairs but overall we had a great experience and would stay here again!

There was no banister on the left side of the stair case. The condo is very used and could use upgrades with the carpet and couch. LOVED the location and sleeping accommodations were great!

FAMILY VACATION AT MAMMOTH

Check-in/Check-out were quick and painless. Finding the property was an unexpected challenge. We sent two scouting parties out to look for it. Both found it. The property was as advertised. We had as few as 7 and as many as 10 family members and friends staying, depending on travel schedules. Plenty of room. Beautiful view of meadow, of creek, and of mountains beyond. Wonderful location. Easy access to the health club was appreciated. We left a day early because we ran out of things to do. We would recommend this property to others.

We found the unit to be well located with excellent views of the meadow area. Unfortunately, this unit was not well maintained in terms of windows, screens, etc. The coffee maker did not work and the blinds were in very poor condition, With replacement of these items, the stay would have been much better.

Very spacious for a large group, cozy fireplace and kitchen will stocked to create any meal. The only issue we had was using the BBQ on the small deck next to the woodpile. It is a gas grill and EASILY flared up which made us uncomfortable using it. One would need to stand outside next to it the entire time while BBQing to be on the safe side. We would recommend placing a fire extinguisher next to the BBQ. We loved our visit and would definitely book this unit again!!
