Regarding the fan issue, we are glad that our owner had the opportunity to speak with you directly to address it. As you mentioned, the outdoor ceiling fan had stopped working, and we offered to deliver additional stand-alone fans to enhance outdoor airflow. However, we understand that you had already pulled one fan out of the home, which you found adequate for your needs. Regarding the freezer alarm, while on the phone with our owner, it was determined that the alarm had sounded due to temperatures above the recommended cooling levels for either the fridge or freezer. We are pleased that the alarm had stopped working after loading the fridge upon arrival, and no further action was needed during your stay. If the alarm had persisted, we would have been more than happy to assist further. Your positive overall experience means a lot to us, and we are continuously striving to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
