The Space:
As you enter this newly constructed condo located in North Vancouver, be welcomed by a space adorned with contemporary interior design and tasteful, comfortable furnishings. Bask in the breathtaking views of Vancouver's natural beauty and stunning cityscape from the large windows that allow for an abundance of natural light to fill the space.

The condo comprises cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, a modern designer kitchen, and a spacious patio that offers a direct view of the sunset.

To ensure the utmost comfort and convenience, the condo is fully stocked and equipped with all essential amenities, fresh and clean linens.

Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of having access to a dedicated parking space.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire unit, including all of its amenities and a dedicated parking space. In addition, here are a few noteworthy details to keep in mind: Downtown Vancouver can be reached within a 15-minute drive, while Park Royal is only a 6-minute drive away. The Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is a 45-minute drive away. For guests who prefer public transportation, the nearest transit stop is located within a block. Lastly, the closest grocery store can be reached within a 3-minute drive

The Neighborhood:
The traffic is enormous as it's very near to the entrance to lions gate, which is the only bridge to go downtown from West Vancouver and North Vancouver, however since it's on a higher floor not much noise. Travel time to downtime can be 15 minutes or 45 minutes during rush hours (4:30~6pm)

Getting Around:
Downtown Vancouver can be reached within a 15-minute drive, while Park Royal is only a 6-minute drive away. The Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is a 45-minute drive away. And during rush hour these number can be doubled or even tripled for traveling to downtown, bus is way faster due to a designated bus lane.

This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:


Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:


We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
