My family and I enjoyed our stay here for the week! The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check in was extremely easy and smooth. We loved the pool and overall enjoyed our stay here!

Property was great-very spacious and they provided games and all kitchen accessories. It was hard to tell from the listing the amount of tv's in the home, so 3 of the 5 bedrooms didn't have tv's-although you could watch in the upstairs den./Livingroom. One of the remotes was missing. Also, the clubhouse information was somewhat unclear because we received 2 clubhouse passes in our package but weren't allowed to use the facilities without paying 45 for each person and we were only going to e using for one day. I know that the clubhouse is separate with their own policies but I think the information could be more clear. Overall fun stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious home, the games, and the well-equipped kitchen, and that you had an overall fun stay. We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the TV information, missing remote, and clubhouse access. We understand how important it is for the listing and guest information to be as clear as possible, and we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as we look for ways to improve the information we provide. While the clubhouse is separately operated and sets its own access policies and fees, we understand how the passes and associated information could have been confusing. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re grateful you chose our property for your vacation and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Lewes in the future! 🌊☀️

Great location for the price! 10 minute drive to the beach and Bethany Beach boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. Community pool was clean and spacious. Plenty of seating and the life guards were friendly and attentive. Our only complaints about the house was lack of lamps in any of the rooms and insufficient seating for diners. I would 100% stay here again!

Bethany Beach Gooseberry

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bikes and beach toys were much more than expected based on pictures. The back patio was pleasant . Kitchen was well equipped but would have liked a drip coffee maker and more cooking utensils / meal dishes. The staff was excellent at BH. The fire table did not work.

Spacious, clean house perfect for large groups

I stayed in this rental with my adult siblings and my own young children ages (1-6 years old). Home was very spacious, clean - 5 bedrooms, master had walk in closet I was able to put a pack & play in. We brought our own linens which was fine, comforters & pillows were provided. Lots of beach accessories- beach cart, a few chairs, sand toys, corn hole, cooler, boogie boards. You have to pick up AND return keys to leasing office about 15 min away so plan accordingly- it took us forever the morning we were trying to leave because of beach traffic. Beach traffic can be horrible. It took a minimum of 15-20 min to get to Bethany Beach. The 3 way stop sign and traffic light caused a huge delay. There were 4 adult & 2 children’s bikes available at the house. We had access to the community pool however it was quite far to walk or bike with young children. Pool passes only available for the week for $38/pp. No tennis courts as advertised- they were changed to pickleball. No hairdryer in the house. Blinds on windows were not effective in blocking bright sun at 6am- maybe bring a blackout curtain for little kids room! Lots of other essentials were included- not sure if left behind by other renters or not but we had a very comfortable stay overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very spacious and the location was perfect. Our family had a great time here. I do wish the dining table was larger, there was nowhere we could play board games or where everyone could sit and eat together.
