We're sorry that you were disappointed with the condo. Upon arrival you indicated all was as expected. The next day when you mentioned a mildew odor and we promptly had someone come to address the issue and took proactive measures even though no odor was noticed by maintenance. Nobody asked about any extra blankets as they were available if requested but in August there is typically not a need for more blankets. If you had mentioned a tub back up while you were there, it would have been handled immediately. The cleaner who was in there just hours before your arrival didn't mention any odor or tub backup. The condo is as advertised with a private spiral staircase down to the pool and beach area; most people realize that spiral staircases are smaller than a typical stairwell. The parking space accommodates our Chevy Tahoe with ample room and you were told you could park in a guest space if you preferred that to parking under the building. No beach chairs or umbrellas were ever promised and you were told we don't provide them but guests occasionally leave them for others. We throw them away as they deteriorate so no one gets injured by aging equipment. Prior to yur visit you were provided information on a company that rents chaises on the beach right behind the building in case that was something you wanted to consider. There was not a ceiling fan advertised on the balcony, nor is there one in the pictures. It's a shame you didn't have the trip you imagined. Maybe your dream place will be ready for you next time.

We are sorry to hear that you were disturbed by noise from the pool area and adjacent condos. We wish you would have let us know while you were here as we would have reached out to Board Members. The pool is only supposed to be open and used from 9AM until sunset. This is a beautiful condo and location. We look forward to serving your family in the future.

We're sorry that you didn't reach out if you felt the only condo we rented you wasn't as clean as it should be. When you arrived you let us know everything was fine and all was as expected. We would have certainly sent the cleaners back to take care of any concerns. This is the only condo is Sand Castle III that we handle so I can't speak to the other condos you are mentioning in the building. The area is wonderful and we strive to be sure the condos we market are a cut above the rest and a carefree experience for our guests. We hope you will consider us for your future trips.
