Couldn't ask for a better location, right on the beach and close to restaurants and other activities. Would definitely return for another visit.

Great beach views, easy beach access, very updated and clean property. Only downside was the lack of any flexibility or ongoing communication about checking in early. The lock is time-locked rather than it being about when it’s actually clean and ready for another guest.

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts. It’s wonderful to know the ocean view and easy beach access helped make your stay feel relaxed—that coastal feeling is exactly what we aim for. We understand early arrival can be important; we use timed locks to protect the cleaning window and ensure the home is ready for each guest. We’ll review how we communicate about early check-in and explore ways to offer clearer, more flexible timing when possible. We hope to welcome you back.

This condo was wonderful! Exactly as pictured with many amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Pool and hot tub were truly heated to a comfortable temp. Beach was pristine with rental cabannas in front, and very short walk from condo. Restaurants close by were fun with good food & mudslides!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to see you again very soon!!

Stay here! After looking at many properties and reading many reviews, we decided on this beautiful condo. This place was better than the pictures showed. Plenty of room, decorated beautifully and well accommodated with everything a family needs. Quiet beach location, great pool, nice grilling area and the best part was the beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler! Exactly what we needed for the beach. Will definitely be staying here again. Bonus, watching the dolphins from our balcony. (Even got to see a manatee!)

Beautiful views from the 9th Floor Balcony. Here with our Son’s family including his wife and three daughters ages 5, 3 and 10 mos. The water was calm enough for everyone- and weather was quite nice with a variety of storms popping up to keep it interesting. I’d highly recommend this time of year - everything was open, but not a lot of families due to school being in session - and the “snow birds” hadn’t arrived yet. Caddy’s, across the street was a great deal with no wait if you’re looking for convenience. I’d suggest the Bird Sanctuary and Botanical Gardens for things to do. Both are free. There are a few camping chairs and beach toys - so you don’t need to bring everything. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.There was only ONE elevator working and it sounded a bit old/clangy (if that’s a thing). Hopefully they’ll have that fixed whenever you’re coming.

Thanks — we're glad Sand Castle II 2904 provided the peaceful, family-friendly getaway you were after. It’s wonderful the balcony and comfortable amenities helped create easy, memorable time together during a quieter season. We will notify building management to inspect the elevator so future stays are even smoother. We’d love to host you again the next time you visit the area.

Spring break

The condo was as described in the listing. The only minor inconvenience was the keypad was missing from the door so we had to use a key. The view from the patio was beautiful! The condo had all the necessities including chairs for the beach. We had a great time and have put this on our list to come back next year.

A Pleasant Stay

This condo is spacious with many updates. The kitchen has updated counters and there plenty of cooking supplies. There was an issue with the water pressure in the kitchen and this was not resolved during our stay. The balcony was a pleasant place to read and watch the sunset. The furniture was comfortable. The condo is fairly close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
