Enjoy your stay directly on the Riverwalk in the heart of Downtown SanAntonio. This apartment offers views of the historic San Antonio Courthouse & the San Fernando Cathedral and catch a glimpse of the fabulous light show that is projected on this beautiful church Tues, Fri, Sat & Sunday evenings.
This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment is generously stocked with a coffee, tea, & hot cocoa bar to hit the spot for morning, noon or night enjoyment. There is a K-cup coffee maker & Hot water kettle for your convenience.

The location was perfect to see all the sights! Walking distance for most and the Hop On/Off trolley had a stop right there as well. Riverwalk entrance was just around the corner. The apartment was decorated so cute and was very cozy. Ang was also a great communicator and was so efficient on letting us know all the info including the best places for parking!

The suite was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. The building was nice and quiet at night. I couldn't hear any of my neighbors. At Christmas, the cathedral puts on a light show with very loud sound, starting at 9pm. Once you get used to not being able to hear your tv or being able to sleep through it, you're fine, though hahaha. None of the drains actually drain well. The water pressure in the shower isn't great, but that can be expected in these older buildings. But be prepared to stand in water just above your ankles when showering. I had chalked this up to just being an older building, but is the only reason I gave it only 4 stars. The neighbourhood is ok during the day, but it gets very sketchy late at night. It was fine for me since I was home by 9, but something to be mindful of if you're planning to stay out after midnight. Angela was great! She's incredibly responsive and helpful! I wish all hosts were like her Try the Mexican restaurant on the main floor. They were really good, too.

Atmosphere was so cute. Everything was tidy upon arrival. Easy walking distance from the Riverwalk & the Alamo. Absolutely loved staying here!

Angela’s place was perfect. It was so close to the River Walk and everything we wanted to do. Her place was cozy and a great respite from the heat. We loved staying in this historic place.

Super cute apartment in a very convenient location. Just steps to the Riverwalk. Very walkable to other downtown spots. It was perfect for our visit, and we would certainly stay here again. Please note, if you are taller than 6'2", the shower might seem too short. It was fine for us. Also, you have to remember that you are in a downtown area. On a couple nights during our stay, there were inconsiderate drivers in the area playing loud music, revving engines, etc., making it hard to sleep. But we never felt the area was unsafe and appreciated the convenience and walkability. The view of the cathedral was a bonus!

Fun Stay

The apartment was exactly what it said and was shown to be in the pictures. It was even closer than I had thought to the River Walk and all of Downtown. We would stay there again, but I would say that the apartment is best for couples. My daughter had the bed room and the large bed. I slept on the blowup mattress that was not the easiest fit in the living area. It worked, but the apartment would just work better for couples.

Cute and relaxing room so close to everything

My son and I came out for the Cody Johnson concert. We came early to enjoy downtown San Antonio. We were able to walk everywhere and were always just a few minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. We never felt unsafe walking from this room to the nightlife. The owner thought of everything which made our stay perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in San Antonio

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these apartments. Information was clear and timely. We were just a minutes walk to all the things you can enjoy on the river walk. Loved the place and would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little get away

This cozy place is right in the middle of downtown, making for an easy walk to just about anywhere you could want to be! It was the perfect size for a party of 2, though i do think adding additional people would make it feel a bit crowded.

Great Anniversary Weekend Apartment

We had a great time staying at this apartment. It’s right in the middle of all the action, so we didn’t have to move our vehicle the entire weekend. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The love lock bridge where you can go put a pad lock on the railing is right around the corner. The apartment its self is just so cozy and thoughtfully decorated. We love the big windows overlooking the city. There was a festival going on all weekend, so it was definitely loud in the apartment, but we loved that! The apartment is small, but it’s definitely big enough for a couple to spend the weekend. The only TV is in the living room, and the couch is pretty small, so if you like to lounge on the couch and watch tv, you probably won’t be able to in this apartment. We had our laptop, so we lounged in bed to watch movies which was perfect. The building feels safe for a downtown building and we had no issues at all. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

Great location! I came during the Fiesta celebration and it was walking distance from everything. The thoughtful and mindful atmosphere within the home was refreshing. There is no parking for the building itself, but there are plenty of parking lots nearby. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to booking again in the future.

Great location

WOW, we love this place. The location is steps from the River walk. Also at stop 8, for the Hop on, Hop off trolly ride. There are scooter rentals and carriage rides in front of the appartment building. Mexican resturant next door.The apartment is adorable. The bed is comfortable. There are throw blankets to us when watching tv. Coffee for krug with creamer.The bathroon is supplied with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilwt paper and towels. Easy access into building and the apartment. The shower had good pressure.The apartment was nice and cool when we arrived which was a blessing.Angela was quick to responded with all enquires.I would definitely recommend this place. toilet paper

Great Place Near the Fun Riverwalk

This quaint and cozy apartment is close enough to all the fun stuff that you can easily walk. But just far away that it is peaceful. Also it was exceptionally clean. And the photos show how cute it is.

Great location

Apartment in a nice historical building with a great location in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Lots of character in this building, high ceilings, tall windows overlooking the plaza. The only negative is the parking. There is no parking on the property but there are many public parking lots within a 5 minute or so walk. We didn’t really need the car as the location is right on the riverwalk and there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

First time in San Antonio

Apartment was very charming and in a great location. Furniture and bed were very uncomfortable. There was absolutely no storage for clothes other than a few hangers in the closet. Unit was clean and looked exactly as the photos show.
