And 3 bedrooms on the lower level that are quiet and private to become an office or a study area, 2 of the bedrooms open to the garden with French doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge pantry, and the formal dining room can seat 6-8. The master bath, 2 sinks and a large glass enclosed shower. The guest bath is large and has a full sized bath tub and shower. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and hair dryers, Coffee Nespresso machine.

The backyard has Monet style rose garden, fountain, BBQ, several setting area, large redwood trees.
