Thank you for your detailed review. We're happy to hear you enjoyed Majestic Sun's fantastic beachfront location and the beautiful views from the unit. We're sorry to learn that the condition of the condo did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the musty odor, the comfort of the furniture and mattress, and the noise from the nearby elevators and trash chute to our attention. Your comments have been shared with the owner and our maintenance team so they can evaluate these concerns and determine what improvements can be made. While the unit's proximity to the elevators and trash chute is a fixed aspect of its location, we understand how that could impact your stay, and we appreciate your honest feedback. We're grateful to hear you would stay at Majestic Sun again, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to host you in a different unit that better fits your expectations. Thank you again for helping us improve the experience for future guests.

We are happy knowing you enjoyed your time here on our beautiful shores. Let us know when you are ready to start planning another trip!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that you felt the condition of the condo did not match the listing photos. We regularly review our property listings and appreciate your comments, as they help us evaluate both the presentation of the property and potential updates with the homeowner. We're also sorry for the frustration you experienced with the building's amenity policies. The operating hours for the pool restrooms and the availability of the beach rinse stations are established and managed by the condominium association, not by our management company. We understand how these restrictions could be inconvenient, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with the association. We appreciate your comments, as they help identify opportunities for improvement. Thank you for staying with us, and we wish you the very best in your future travels.

Great! Let us know when you would like to return. Thank you for your review and choosing Ocean Reef Resorts.
