Absolutely love this place. Alberto and Esteven were both so nice, friendly and extremely helpful with everything during our stay. They handled any issues quickly and happily. They shared their knowledge about the turtles and the area around us as well. We absolutely loved that they left turtles for us to release. We found so many baby turtles after the first night. We started seeing them everyday! There was even a nest that hatched right infront of our balcony when we were having coffee!! Honestly one of the top highlights of our trip!!The condo itself was so cute and much larger than expected. Love all the decorations. And the location of being on the beach and watching the sunrise every morning was phenomenal!! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better view!!! It was spectacular!!Carlos and Hazel were both amazing! They coordinated all our rides and were always on time. Carlos was able to take us on a tour to Ek Blaham, where his knowledge of the history and culture were extensive. It is clear that he has a passion for history. We enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend him as a guide and driver.The grocery stores and restaurants are a quick bus ride away. Or if you want to stretch your legs you can walk it. It was a truly wonderful experience! We hope to be able to come back again.

Anabel was amazing! Very responsive to any questions or asks. Condo was perfect. Right on the beach and it felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

one week in Cancun

The location was great. The owner and staff were friendly and available. If I go back to Cancun I would stay there again.

My sister and I rented the property for 8 days while she was having dental work done at a dentist across the street. We loved it and plan to use it again not just for her second dental trip but also as a great place to bring each of our families. Very spacious and comfortable, wonderful beach. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The host was wonderful and easy to communicate at every step of the process!!

Overall a very nice vacation

Very nice place to stay. It was very spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. Large patio with great ocean view. Beautiful beach. The condo has a good location and is close to all amenities. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and helpful and contributed to making our vacation enjoyable.

Girls trip

We had so much fun and this condo was so beautiful- the views are amazing -the location was great - you can take the bus to downtown which was just 5-8 mins away. We had a great time.

Week long getaway in Cancun

The Penthouse suite was incredible. Our view was on the ocean side therefore you could hear the waves and not the traffic on Kukuclan blvd. The swim pool was amazing and we’re 75 meters from the ocean which was fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

The place and the ocean were pretty great. They clean up the property well and there are lots of turtles. I would say it’s further from coco beach then I thought but fairly easy using the bus. Disappointed with the prices around cancun if you want real fair prices you have to go into the actual city of cancun instead of the hotel zone. Overall it was nice and the drives from airport with rosy &Dorian were nice. Also Alex who takes care of property is a great guy! Felt very safe also.

Bridec Vacation

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Bridec #3. The beach is fabulous and the apartment was as described. It was great to have the extra space and a kitchen. I would recommend this apartment as long as you are okay with an older style and well used accommodation.

Wonderful condo! Amazing beach!

I can't really build on what everyone else has said - seems like a private beach: quiet, empty, pristine. The condo was spacious and well stocked. Convenience store, restaurant and bus to town basically at the front door. Loved it all.

Perfect stay

The condo was bigger than we realized from the ad. It was in immaculate condition. It’s in a perfect location. Close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Annabel was very responsive whenever we needed her. We would love to come back here again.

Beach trip!

It was a great place for the 2 of us! It was right in a quiet area of the beach. We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Steven set up our chairs, umbrella and table when asked. Convenience stores and a COVID test site was nearby. We kept the place very nicely. I might stay there again!

Third Time and we will Keep Coming Back!

Anabel's place is a dream! You truly can't get a better beach vibe house. The place is awesome for couples or friends and families. The house is always immaculate and the property staff is very friendly. We have stayed here three times now, and we will keep coming back! You'll love the privacy of not having the big hotels right next to you, instead, you'll practically have the beach to yourself. Enjoy!

Beautiful view

The property was just as described. The views were beautiful. The property had everything we needed. The two en suite bedrooms were very nice with lots of room. Anabel and the staff at the unit were extremely helpful and so nice. The beach was steps away and they set up chairs and an umbrella for us. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Beachfront condo-will miss these views!

Location, location, location! Great spot with beach to ourselves practically. Loved waking up every morning an reading on the outdoor couch on the veranda with the beautiful blue waters crashing on the beach. Beds were super comfortable and tons of space. Showers could use a little pressure and pool was not heated so we didn't use but wouldn't trade this location for anything. Tacun taco stand next door was ideal for easy meals out or take out if we didn't eat in!

BEAUTIFUL!

We went down for my moms 60th birthday and we were so pleased with our stay. Anabel and Dorian (our shuttle to and from the airport) were so much help. The condo is huge and beautiful. The staff at the condo were so sweet in going above and beyond to take chairs and umbrellas down to the beach and get us water when we needed. The location was perfect and we just had the most amazing time! We can not wait to go back!!!

LOVED our stay

First and foremost the Condo is more beautiful in person then the photos. We were welcomed by Estevan who was wonderful! Ana communicated ahead of time so we knew where to park and she gave us more information like Wifi and working remotes etc. She came and greeted us our second day and she is sweet and Bubbly and very attentive. We will definitely come back! The view is unbelievable and its very conveniently located!!!

Perfect Location, lovely place!

My husband, our 3 grown kids and myself felt right at home at Anabel's place. What a view! This apartment was equipped with everything that we needed for a lovely and unforgettable family vacation, right in the heart of the zona hotelera. This is a beach front place, it has a pool too, the staff was so friendly and helpful. We are definitely going back! Thank you Rosy for coming in to welcome us the first day and to you Anabel for your hospitality, we had an excellent stay. Muchas gracias!

Perfekt lokation

we were in this apartment for 7 days and the Location was perfect. The view of the sea was breathtaking. The apartment had everything you needed. Check in was great. The owner welcomed us and showed us everything and gave us some advice. She replied to every message if there was a problem or question. I recommend this apartment 100%

A great escape with amazing views

Can not say enough about this place. Located right in the middle of the hotel district, you have your own private beach, pool and balcony to see the best sunrises. The bus system gets you anywhere you need and there is a taco stand right out the front gate. The apartment was well stocked with anything you might need including all beach supplies. Don't waste your time looking for something else. This is what you are looking for.
