• Total guest capacity: 9 (6-7 adults recommended)

• Condo has shared wall on the south side.

Had a great stay! Great location, right on the bay- walking path and water sports just steps away. The appointments were excellent- a well stocked kitchen, bright white clean comforters, linens and towels, propane in the fire pit and BBQ, extra clean house and rooftop area, extra cozy soft blankets. We were on a girls trip and enjoyed relaxing in the family room and on the rooftop (both have great views!) and all agreed the house was absolutely perfect! The parking garage did not fit our SUV (as mentioned in the description) but there was a parking lot a block away that worked great for us and was free. The communication was excellent. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This condo is a perfect place for a small family to stay in Mission Beach! The location is perfect for walking access up and down the beach. The bayside views from the living room, master suite, and rooftop patio are absolutely gorgeous. The best part of our vacation as lounging on the patio and soaking up the San Diego weather while the palm trees swayed lazily overhead. If you have young children, there is a lovely park with a playground less than 5 minutes from the condo.The only word of caution is onsite parking! The below ground garage is very tight. Luckily, there is plenty of overnight parking within walking distance, so if you're intimidated by the garage (or driving a full-sized SUV), there are alternatives.This rental was well worth the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in San Diego and get a good mix of activities and beach!

I was extremely disappointed with the check in of the property. There had been a King Tide two days before our stay. I saw a video online and sent it to the property team asking if there would be any issues at check in. They said there were no issues and it should not impact our stay. We got a check in notification with normal communication only to pull up to a flooded garage, construction workers and no where to park or unload. The onsite team never communicated to me and I had to deal with it for the first two hours of my check in. There was no follow up after and we dealt with a very slippery, slimy, wet parking situation for our entire stay. Communication solves 99% of of the issue. I found the communication and customer service lacking. The space overall is nice and spacious. Well located within Mission Beach but it is not ideal that you are up a level from the beach. The rooftop is nice, but be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. The parking is a mess. The header is so low a standard SUV doesn't fit. You should only drive a car if staying here. I think the rental is nice enough but for the money, I would probably rent elsewhere.

Great place and experience
Great family condo on the bay side of San Diego. Everything was clean and upstairs deck was amazing with BBQ and firepit. Rooms were nice and roomy for everyone to be comfortable. A/C was definitely needed during the day.

Beautiful Place!
We enjoyed this beautiful and clean home in a central location. We could walk to many great restaurants and coffee shops. It was very quiet and comfortable. We loved the rooftop living area!

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Light switches were labelled-that made walking around the unit functional quicker. Door and garage codes all worked well. Good tread and railings on the stairs all the way up to the fourth floor roof. The last flight is steep. The igniters on the rooftop grill and fireplace worked every time. That is a rarity. Extra tank of propane was handy when the first ran out. Comfortable beds and pillows. And of course a fun view of the bay from second and third floors and the fourth floor roof is the highest of almost all of the nearby houses and gives you broad bay view and ocean peeks at sunset. Two large umbrellas provide shade. We had an enjoyable time. Close walks to food and the Mission Bay walkway.A little tricky to find the garage opening the first time as the address signs were rusted (ocean air). Be advised--very low car clearance to get in and inside. Be careful opening your SUV hatch in the garage.

SDSU Parents Weekend
This was a perfect property for Parents Weekend. The top BBQ area was amazing and having a sand volleyball court in the front was an added surprise. Loved everything about our stay. Response time from the property manager was right away.

The place was a bit rundown and very dusty. The heat didn’t work in the living room, the fan didn’t work in the master bathroom area, the washer was rusty and the seal on the dryer falling apart. The garage had garbage in it and was very dirty.

Our vacation splendor
This property was fabulous. What great access to the bay, close to the ocean, and perfectly peaceful with a less hectic vibe for the location. The ocean side of Mission Bay is always hectic and crowded. This bay and location was great for young children because they had immediate access to the bay and water sports.

Loved the rooftop!
We had a great stay at the property traveling as a family of 5. The house had good sized rooms, was very clean and the location right on mission bay was amazing to wake up to each day. Our favorite was eating on the rooftop and enjoying the fabulous view and weather. Would highly recommend. The kitchen was well appointed, beach chairs and towels were convenient for days on the sand. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. I would recommend the property and would stay here again! It wasn’t an issue for us but important to note there’s 4 levels and no elevator so if you have someone with any trouble walking it will be very challenging for them.
