Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at your doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

This stylish 410 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.

On Marcy Street you will find some of Santa Fe's best retail stores and restaurants. Tres Colores (Mexican) is on the ground floor of the building on the block are award-winning restaurants La Boca and Horno. Grab cocktails and appetizers at the beautiful Los Poblanos Bar North half a block away. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

This location is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options. During the warm months there is also a moped service downtown.
Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.

NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.

Good Times

The Loft is in a perfect location for strolling the Plaza, shopping, and dining. It's easy to drive to historic sites such as Pecos National Historical Park and Bandelier National Monument. Plus, we certainly enjoyed talking with Larry and Fernando at the restaurant, Tres Colores, right below the Loft. Tell them Sammy sent you.

Amazing unit

We had such a great time in Santa Fe and Paul and Laura's loft unit was perfect for us. We had decided not to rent a car and this was in great walking distance to everything, including the railyard district. It was just a block from the Plaza, making it easy to pop back to during the day. It was impeccable in cleanliness and extra details that were not forgotten. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated. Paul provided lots of recommendations which were very helpful and responded to questions and requests quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect stay in Santa Fe

Paul's place was ideal for our short visit to Santa Fe. Cute, comfortable and well-appointed, the attention to detail was spot-on. Paul was quick to respond to any questions/needs we had. We would definitely like to stay there again should we return to Santa Fe.

Perfect location and lovely bright. Room

The space was perfectly located and clean as a whistle. Comfortable bed and the shower was. Nice and hot. We will stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends.

Excellent property

My young son and I stayed here on our first visit to Santa Fe and couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. The location is fantastic. The property is Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Paul was on site and checked in with me on arrival to see if I needed assistance with luggage. we will definitely be back.

Great loft a block from the square

We stayed at this quaint loft within a short walking distance of the square. The unit was exactly as pictured and described as well as immaculately clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and we did prepare a few meals. This place is perfect for a couples getaway. La Boca across the street is an amazing Spanish tapas restaurant. We enjoyed it so much we dined there twice. The only minor negative if there is one is the road noise from 10:00PM and later on the weekend. This is a popular street being so close to the square so there is some noise. This should however be expected given its location and amazing wall of windows overlooking W. Marcy. We will stay here again or look at one of the adjacent properties that will accommodate a larger group. This is a gem close to the square of looking for a cool loft to do something different than the pricey hotels in the area. 100% recommend.
