Welcome to Culpeper Manor! Our **newly refinished** spacious and luxurious vacation home, located on a wooded lot in a peaceful neighborhood.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a bright and modern living room, featuring comfortable seating and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Whether you prefer cooking indoors or grilling outside on the Blackstone griddle, our home has got you covered.

If you're looking for some entertainment, head into the arcade room where you'll find many classic games, air hockey table, and foosball, all set to free play! If you prefer a larger group activity, grab a board game off the shelf or head outside and play a yard game out of the deck box.

As the evening cools down, gather around the fire pit and roast some marshmallows while sharing stories and making memories. Alternatively, soak away your worries and stresses as you relax in the hot tub surrounded by tall trees. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the town or hiking in the nearby mountains of Shenandoah National Park.

When you are ready for bed, drift off to sleep in one of our large, plush beds that are perfect for sinking into after a long day. For those who are still awake, each room is equipped with a large 4k Roku TV.

Note: As we are located in a wooded area, you should expect to see critters and bugs. You may even see ladybugs and similar harmless bugs inside the home, especially in the spring and fall. We do our best to keep these at bay, however any pests that do show up are not the fault of the owner and will not result in a refund. These bugs can be vacuumed up using the vacuum cleaner or carried outside by hand. Do not crush the bugs.

This place was perfect for our family. We visit Culpeper every autumn to see family, and go trick or treating. This house checked every box. It was close to our family, was very clean, super comfy beds, great hot tub, grill, fire-pit, and of course, the awesome arcade for the kids. Andy was extremely responsive and very accommodating. 10/10 for us, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a family of 11 people and everyone had a fantastic time! The game arcade was the hit of our stay. Laughter filled the entire house. The house was clean. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were soft. There’s a rack filled with board games. We picked a game called, “Wavelength”- and we had a wonderful time together as a family. We recommend this place.

Family get together

This property was perfect for our extended family. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The game room was a big hit for everybody, as was the hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of space for everybody and things for everybody to do. The owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Our family came together for a wedding at a close by venue, Culpeper Manor was perfect, the open floorplan, hot tub and firepit were great for bringing us all together and the arcade was almost always in use!

Fun and relaxing week

Our group of 12 people of different ages really enjoyed our stay. There was room to spread out and to gather together as a group. Andy and Ling were very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic house, bigger than expected

I had a great stay at the Culpeper Manor! The house was very well equipped and I personally felt that the house was larger than I was expecting based off of the pictures. The house was a short drive to some cool breweries if you're looking to get out and explore. Would highly recommend!

Great Holiday Weekend!

We wanted a house in which to share meals, play games, watch movies, soak in a hot tub, and spend quality time together, and it certainly delivered. The arcade was a big hit. The owners were very responsive and quickly addressed the few minor issues we raised.

VRBO done right

We had a wonderful stay at the culpepper manor. Everything was clean and spacious and nicely updated. The gane room was a blast! The hot tub was utilized as well as breakfast on the Blackstone. Bunks in the bunk room are big enough for shorter adults. Definitely recommend this property if you're traveling to culpepper.

Awesome getaway

We stayed at Culpeper Manor for our annual summer getaway. The house was in a perfect location. Not too far from Skyline drive where we enjoyed hiking or Massanutten, where we met up with friends vacationing. The house was spacious, clean and had something for everyone. We made many memories played games around the expansive dining table. Adults and kids enjoyed the arcade with unlimited games. Nights were spent in the hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very attentive. We look forward to coming back.

Fantastic Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Culpepper Manor! We were in the area visiting family for a birthday party. We found the accommodations perfectly clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. We had many ages and everyone was fully entertained and comfortable throughout our stay. Our hosts were very responsive. The kitchen was fully stocked and had huge dining table plus kitchen table for us to enjoy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was immaculate and hot for us. We appreciated the YouTube videos provided for instructions on the hot tub and the game room. Everything in the game worked perfectly and was thoroughly enjoyed by kids and adults. We had such a nice three night stay at Culpepper Manor.

Beautiful, fun, and exactly what you're promised!

The house is just as beautiful in person as in the pictures! We were a group of 8 adults (2 singles, 3 couples) and 2 toddlers. Every group had their own room and said their beds were super comfortable! The main bedroom is like sleeping on a cloud. The arcade room was a lot of fun and super unique experience. We ordered some take out and also cooked a couple of meals and had everything we needed to do both. The way the house is laid out, there are so many great spaces for everyone to be together (like the giant dining room table and the fire pitt) and for smaller gatherings that felt separate but still nearby. We just loved our time together there! The property itself is really nice too, tucked away off the road and surrounded by a treeline that made it feel very private. We would all highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away together. Andy and Ling were also great hosts. Whenever I asked them a question through the app, they were so quick to reply and were super upfront about anything we needed to know. We would all stay here again for sure!

Perfection

We booked a short stay at the property, with a mixed age group. My parents in their 80’s were grateful for a main floor bedroom with no significant steps. The main floor bathroom had a soaking tub, as well as a shower. The kitchen was likely one of the best outfitted we have rented on any platform. Not only was there a plethora of kitchen and cooking appliances, but all the necessary spices, and necessities for cooking. The black stone grill outside had everything you could want or need to use it. The hot tub was new and fantastic. The linens and towels are of high quality. The upstairs bedrooms are all of good size. The bunk bed room features 2 queen size bunk beds for a total of 4 queen sized bunks. It was comfortable enough that I elected to stay in that room with my two young daughters rather than using another room. The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults. The hosts were quick and responsive. The location is central to everything. We were in town for a family members funeral service and found the location to be perfect for all of the services. You definitely can’t go wrong with this property. I can’t express just how thought out and complete each and every room was. From fans if you chose to luggage racks, to first aid kits. This was again the most completely outfitted and detail oriented property.

Perfect multi-family vacation!

We had 3 families here for 4 nights (ages span 1 to 74) and everyone had the best time! We joke that we don't vacation, we "staycation" in cooler, cleaner houses. :-) And this house was fabulous! The kids LOVED the arcade including the baby/toddlers. There are 2 toddler sized games but also two sturdy stools for littles to stand on. My 2.5 year old son loved using the stool and playing pinball. Us adults loved it too and we had an "arcade off" between the cousins as well as a mini Street fighter tournament. My 6 yr old is obsessed w/"The Lion Guard" so it blew her mind that there was a Lion King game. Between the hot tub, home cooked meals, S'mores at the firepit, fun baths for the littles, and TVs everywhere with comfy beds, everyone was happy. The bunkroom was great for the kids as it has low bunks, double sized beds, black out curtains, games, and a night light. You can fit 2 small children to a bed comfortably and put the littlest ones on the bottom. I highly recommend a Friday lunch visit to Old House Vineyards. Food from Green Ribbon was delicious and there were wine flights. They don't "cater" to kids fyi so no high chairs (we held the baby) but food wise they have hot dogs/chips/juice. The lump crab meat fries and the blackened tuna sandwich were amazing. We ate at outside tables and then strolled the gorgeous property and took group pics by the water. Downtown shopping was fantastic, Pinto Thai was so yummy. Home owners are awesome, so responsive!

We enjoy hiking in the outdoors during the day and relaxing watching a movie or playing arcade games at night. There is nothing like driving with the windows rolled down, wind blowing in your hair, and seeing the beautiful scenic rolling hills. We found people in Culpeper to be one of the nicest folks we have ever encountered! There are also so many small shops and restaurants to visit in downtown Culpeper. Check out all the wineries and breweries nearby! Our favorite surrounding attractions include Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns, and Washington D.C.

As the sun sets, the sounds of nature fill the air, with crickets chirping and peepers singing their nighttime chorus.
