Hello Sugar Beach Resort elskere! Vi har netop købt denne Direct Ocean & Beachfront Condo i en spektakulær omgivelse! Dette condo havde en A + -rating for de forudgående langsigtede ejere gennem et af Mauis største udlejningsbureauer! Vi prisfastsætter vores condo for vores Grand Opening Kick Off! vores priser ændres efter måned, men vi vil altid være mindre end agenturerne og altid villige til at gøre en aftale for at udfylde vores åbne datoer .. vores laveste priser er 129 $ pr. ! aloha!

Vi søgte på øen efter den bedste direkte oplevelse med udsigt over havet med betagende forreste sæder til hvalsafari og dette er det! Med 24/7 romantiske og beroligende havbølger! Enorm opvarmet pool, ekstra stor spa, Central Air og meget sjælden vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i Condo !! ....

Such a beautiful condo with a perfect lanai (balcony) to see the spectacular sunsets... Mike and Brenda a phenomenal hosts who go above and beyond in every way possible. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is stunning with direct views of the Maui sun rise and sunsets. Area to BBQ. VERY nice condo community and easy access to any spot on the Island... highly recomend this place every time

What a slice of heaven this home is. Checkin process was smooth and Mike is extremely good at communicating! Upon walking in the unit it smelled freshly cleaned and was spotless. The beachfront view was breathtaking. On the kitchen counter were helpful items everyone needs when just arriving. Sugar, creamers, popcorn, chips, chocolates and other assorted items. Saved me for coffee the next morning! Every day we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony overlooking the amazing beach and water while the outriggers practiced in the early morning. The bed was super comfy and there was more than enough kitchen items, towels etc to satisfy our stay. Took many walks, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. DoorDash and Instacart were a welcome sight for food and minor groceries for the first morning’s breakfast. On property is a great little sandwich place with a bar. This unit PH20 is a must stay for any trip to the island and we will return again soon. Thank you Mike and Brenda for sharing your home with us.

The entire experience renting this unit, PH20, from the host, Mike, was exceptional. The unit is well furnished with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, QUIET central AC (no compressor roaring away on your balcony), comfortable king bed, 2 TVs with cable, fast wifi, central location, beautiful grounds, pool, hot tub, miles of clean sandy beach and blue water, beach towels, chairs & umbrella, snorkel gear, and that unobstructed million-dollar view. Even more impressive was the care and communication of the host. We have already recommended this unit and host to our friends and family. A hui hou.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and has a fabulous balcony! It was amazing to sip coffee and watch the waves and boats in the morning. The bed is comfortable and the condo was perfect for two people. The pool and hot tub were nice if you wanted a break from the ocean and sand. The grounds are well cared for. Mike and Brenda were amazing hosts and helped us feel so welcomed. They were always available for any questions. The front desk staff is also onsite for assistance.

Our 1st trip to Hawaii and it was perfect, Thanks to the beautiful penthouse property we were fortunate enough to stay at. The view captivated us instantly. It’s paradise. It made it very difficult to leave and explore Maui with such a gorgeous view..morning, noon, and night. The unit is lined with mirrors on one side which make the room look twice as big and beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and clean with everything you need. There are bbqs downstairs which we used a lot. Elevators are close and quick. The beach, footsteps away. Stretched as far as you could see in either direction. We were happy to see the beach showers, much needed. The pool was refreshing and clean, a relaxing reprieve from the warm ocean waters, waves and sand. The hot tub is nice and big. Not as inviting after a good sunburn. The grounds are kept clean, lush and green with a little koi pond to say aloha. Mike and Brenda were beyond amazing. They really made us feel at home and welcomed. Their hospitality and kindness made this trip feel blessed and their beautiful penthouse condo made this trip unforgettable. We will surely be back.

We had a fantastic time in PH20 at the Sugar Beach Resort. Mike left us goodies and drinks for our arrival and also left us Starbucks coffee gift cards when we left. The condo had everything we needed. Loved hearing the ocean waves and watching the sunrise every day and night. Watching the Kihei Canoe Club every morning was a plus. Our early morning walks on Sugar Beach was fantastic. We will definitely stay at Sugar Beach Resort PH20 again.

Beautiful condo with the most amazing hosts. After this stay, we will never stay anywhere but here. The unit had everything we needed. A couple of highlights, besides the super attentive hosts, were the California king bed and the amazing shower head. We spent many mornings drinking coffee and enjoying the direct oceanfront view and many afternoons enjoying the pool. Within walking distance to Sugar Beach Bakery, ABC Store, Ululani's Shave Ice and a great little farmers market.

Our stay at sugar neach was amazing. Very comfortable living conditions. Pool and hot tube are wonderful, but the beach is the best. Just a walk out the door and youre there. However the best thing about this stay is the hosts. They have EXCELLENT communication! Even before we checked in, they knew we were on island and helped us through a Tsunami evacuation. The resort we were at in Lahiana didn't help us at all, but Mike and Brenda were so helpful. They also, constantly did everything they could to make sure we had the best access to everything, from the view off our lanai, to no disruptions from maintenance. We highly recommend this location.

Amazing view. Loved going to the beach every morning and night. We were there when the tsunami came and Mike and Brenda reached out multiple times with updated information and where to evacuate. Really helped us stay calm. The whole time they showed that they really cared about our stay. The only downside was that our family got addicted to the chocolate that was there for us on arrival and we had to buy more!

Generous Host

We had a fantastic stay. Michael was very kind to upgrade us to his penthouse property upon learning that it was our belated honeymoon trip. He was very easy to get a hold of and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was going okay. The place itself was in a nice location, a quick drive to the harbor for snorkeling tours or the aquarium or the grocery store/restaurants. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Thank you so much!!

BEST hosts!! And lovely unit!

Everything about the unit was fantastic! Firstly, we were upgraded to the penthouse which offered a spectacular view! And since we came from Canada, we arrived after midnight and were greeted with some welcome snacks which were greatly appreciated. The unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The unit had everything to make you feel at home with all of the small touches that others may not have. They included dish soap, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, spices, food wraps and containers, and a variety of water sports equipment. All of the appliances and utensils to make life easy and comfortable. As well, even though it is Hawaii, there were some nights that we just wanted to chill and the unit had an excellent cable package which allowed us to catch most of our favourite shows and to keep up to date with the news, both local and international. All questions we had, no matter how small, were answered immediately, even on the weekends and in the evening. They were super nice and gracious hosts!! Finally, the unit had the best shower we have seen in any rental unit we have stayed in for at least 10 years. This may be a small thing for some but huge for us. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very responsive!

Mike and Brenda were great hosts. They contacted us to offer an upgrade to the penthouse unit, which was very nice on the top floor. Beautiful view from the lanai! Lovely beach, nice hot tub by the pool. We enjoyed lunch at Nalu. Also Seascape. We drove up to Kaanapali Whaler’s Village for shopping and dinner.

Fantastic place!

Great condo with incredible ocean view from patio. Mike and Brenda were fantastic and communicated throughout the week asking about our stay. They provided everything we needed for our trip and are incredible hosts.
