The space
This impressive house boasts a spacious 3,454 square feet living space perfect for accommodating large groups or families. With 6 bedrooms and 10 beds, it can comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. The house features four bathrooms, including two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of convenience and privacy during their stay.

As you enter through the double-door entrance, you'll be greeted by an inviting entry table and a thoughtful welcome basket, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The house offers a variety of amenities and spaces for entertainment and relaxation.

The receiving area is equipped with a foosball table, providing hours of fun and friendly competition. Moving further in, you'll find a spacious living room complete with a smart TV perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Connected to the living room is the dining area, which comfortably seats 10 guests. A sliding door from the dining area leads to the backyard, where you'll discover a refreshing pool – a fantastic spot to cool off during hot days or bask in the sun.

The kitchen is well-appointed, featuring an island for food preparation and ample storage space. Additionally, there's a convenient washer and dryer room connected to the garage, making laundry chores a breeze during your stay.

Main Floor:
Bedroom 1: The first room on the ground floor features a king-sized bed for 2 guests and a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard. It has an ensuite half bathroom with a closet, sink, toilet, and shower.

Bedroom 2: The second room is equipped with a queen bunk bed, comfortably sleeping 4 guests, and it also includes a closet.

Bedroom 3: Similarly, the third room features a queen bunk bed for 4 guests and a closet.
- A hallway full bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3, offering a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 4: The fourth room on the second floor serves as the master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, a twin over twin daybed (2 twin beds), an extra lounge chair, and sleeps for 4 guests. It boasts an ensuite full bathroom with a spacious open closet, his and her vanity sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet.

Bedroom 5: The fifth bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, ideal for 2 guests, and a closet.

Bedroom 6: The sixth bedroom is similarly equipped with a queen-sized bed for 2 guests and a closet.

- A hallway half bathroom is available for bedrooms 5 and 6, featuring a toilet, shower, and sink.

Additionally, there's a convenient working area in the hallway with a desk and chair, perfect for catching up on work or leisurely reading. A balcony with comfortable furniture provides a relaxing outdoor space.

The backyard is designed for outdoor enjoyment, featuring a patio with furniture, storage for pool toys, and a grill for barbecue enthusiasts. The highlight is the gated outdoor swimming pool, complete with three spacious lounge areas for sunbathing and relaxation.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities. While we won't be available in person, you can reach out to us through the booking platform, text/call, or email. We are very responsive from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Verification Required: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a photo of a valid ID and credit card (showing only the name matching the reservation and expiration date) before arrival. These documents must be submitted for verification before check-in.

Other things to note
Pool Information:
The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Wednesday. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund, provided the pool is safe to swim in. If you let us know, we'll be happy to try to arrange for the pool company to service the pool as soon as possible.

Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:
* The trash collection is every Tuesday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after the trash is collected.
* We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.

Inside Fireplace:
The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and non-functional, designed exclusively for display and decoration.

Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
