Hi Laura, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I’d like to address some of your comments. Before your stay, we discussed the 45% discount, the issue of having only one parking spot on site, and the fact that the overflow parking was 200 yards away. As you saw in the pictures, there are five parking decks. I wonder why you didn't ask me about the entryway measurements before your arrival, as most vacationers do. Regarding the blinds, we actually have brand new ones, but we were waiting for the window installation project to be completed, as we need to take the blinds down first. I apologize if we didn’t go over this in detail. You were the last vacationer of the season, so I will check the pots and pans, forks, and the sliding glass door. As for the TVs, you might be surprised to learn that many vacationers do not use the bedroom TVs. The only thing needed when they aren’t working is to reboot the cable box. Had you called me about this issue, I would have been happy to explain. The cable boxes are only a few months old, as I replaced them earlier this year. I truly strive to make everyone’s vacation a memorable experience, and I do my best to be available to assist.

Thank you for reviewing my place. Since your last comment, I have made some cosmetic improvements. Please read my recent reviews. I wanted to make improvements in the winter before the season, but the HOA did not allow it due to COVID. I can't do these things during the summer. All work was completed in the spring of 2024.

Hi Leaslie, I really don't know what to say, but, did you know our amenity center was across the street, ocean-side? We do have a jacuzzi, an indoor pool, and a game room with everything that was read. The pool on the left side of our building is outside and never heated. That's not BeachWalk! I honestly think you visited the wrong amenity center.

Hi Alison, I’m truly sorry to hear that your visit was not a pleasant one. I did attempt to update the condo earlier, but the HOA implemented restrictions during COVID that prevented any work from being done, even for cosmetic improvements. However, I have recently made several updates, including repainting, installing a new refrigerator, a new washer/dryer, and new ceiling fans. I also purchased a new couch and chair.
