What a fabulous property and absolutely the best pet friendly condo and property! The condo was immaculate and exceeded standards in every way. Our host, Marilyn, was instantly available when we experienced a minor hiccup which was easily resolved. We hope to return!

Pleasant Stay in the OBX

The condo was very cozy and comfortable, and had a nice beach vibe. We had a great view of the ocean from the deck, the furnishings were nice, the beds were comfortable and the condo was well-maintained. I loved the property amenities - I used the Fitness Center every day and the beach access was excellent. It was so convenient having an elevator available. We used our beach buggy as a luggage cart as the luggage carts provided didn't work very well. We always found a spot to park in the parking garage. Communications with Marilyn were great! We had one issue while there and Marilyn responded to us very quickly.

Family beach getaway

Amazing view! Great location! The property was exactly as described, beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids could even see dolphins jumping in the waves from the balcony!

Lovely Spring Respite

Celebrated a landmark birthday at this lovely oceanfront condominium. Late April, early May visit with mild weather. The unit was well supplied to make the visit easy. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very clean. The best thing about this unit was the wonderful deck! More than adequately furnished and a spectacular view!! I also appreciated the fact that the unit is pet friendly. My dog loved being back at the beach. Our hostess, Marilyn, was very helpful. We tried almost all of the restaurant suggestions that she made and were not disappointed at any of them. All in all great food, great weather and a great condo!

Awesome beachfront getaway

This condo was fantastic. It had comfy furniture, great beds, and everything was clean and well kept. The view was lovely and you could hear the ocean easily. The walk to the beach was simple. Parking was easy, with both stairs and elevators.

Another amazing stay

This is the second year in a row coming to stay in this condo. We absolutely love everything about it. It’s a comfort to return to the same place knowing where everything is, knowing the condo will be perfectly clean, and that Marilyn is always there online to give us all the information and updates. We have immediate booked our trip for next year! The view, the peacefulness, especially being a corner unit, the food at the local restaurants, never disappoints We saw the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It’s a home away from home that we recommend to everyone we know. Thank you again Marilyn and we can’t wait for next year!

The pictures on the Vrbo site don’t do this condo justice. It is so nicely decorated. Condo is clean, bright and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. It was exactly what we wanted! And Marilyn was quick to solve any issues and questions. She also made good restaurant recommendations! Thanks for making our anniversary vacation so very special!

Top OBX rental

Communications with the owner were always first rate, easily the best we've had in 40+ yrs of visits to OBX. Unit is on the second floor and the elevator was always clean and in good working order, making moving in and out a breeze, as well as easy beach access. (The building even provides dollies!) Parking spaces are over-sized.The entire east wall of the unit is sliding glass doors onto the balcony which fronts onto the ocean. The balcony is furnished with 2 lounge chairs, 2 regular chairs AND a high-top table with 4 chairs. Great place to just sit and relax. Dunes hide the view of the beach, but also provide plenty of privacy. Kitchen appliances are all up to date, including stacked washer/dryer. Unit is nicely furnished, and bright and airy due to aforementioned east wall. Nice selection of beach reads, games and puzzles. TVs in every room and strong WIFI. Location is great with 3 major supermarkets within a couple of miles, and several eateries and beach shops within walking distance. Definitely would stay there again.

My first Vrbo - the bar for other hosts is set VERY high.

RE Vrbo Property ID 337494 --- I must have been dreaming. The view was incredible. Yes, you can hear the breakers and from the living area see the waves crash on the beach. The location is central to many attractions and close to grocery and other shopping areas. The responsiveness of the owner was always immediate and positive. The attention to cleanliness, the décor, the adorable dishes, the quality linens and towels, comfortable beds, and the quality appliances made for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. This is a top-class vacation site. We walked to the Nags Head pier. Shopping is within walking distance even for a senior like me. Located in the center of the outer banks made it convenient for day trips south to Ocracoke or north to Duck (reminded me of the OBX from my youth) and Corolla. My daughter and I enjoyed a beautiful week watching every sunrise with coffee on the balcony, sunset dinner at nearby Miller’s Waterfront Restaurant and loved a beautiful full moon walk on the beach. The beaches are so clean and beautiful with the dunes and sea grasses. We would go back to this condo in a heartbeat.

Kill Devil Hills get-away. Condo was perfect for a few beach days, it was great we could bring the dog. Good location, nice beach, weather was a little iffy, but nothing could be done about that. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Very nice condo, a bit dated on the decor but overall we were happy with our choice. Marilyn is a wonderful host and extremely easy to contact. I don’t think we waited more than a half hour for her to get back to us. There is a 1 unit washer/dryer combo that we’ve never seen before and it came in very handy! The only thing I would’ve done different is paid for daily housekeeping. It’s not the standard in OBX but it’s nice to come back from the beach in a nice clean room!Overall it was a great stay, with lots of food and bar options very close by. Our teens (17) had fun walking around at night and meeting girls in the area. And if you’re a gym person, the Outer Banks Sports Club is where to join for the week. I believe it was 70 for the week and they give you a free t shirt. Lastly, if you’re a cat lover, head over to Meowter Banks Cat Cafe. Very cool place to play with cats that are up for adoption. Look on the weather app to see when it’s cloudy or rainy and book and appointment in advance. It books up quickly in those days.

I've been enjoying the Outer Banks for thirty years. I truly believe that this is the nicest stretch of beach today and it's close to some of the best restaurants on OBX. If you like the outdoors, besides the great water activities head for Jockey's Ridge for sunset, take a walk through the woods at the Nature Conservancy at Nags Head Woods or go birding at Bodie Island Lighthouse. I hope that you find our place to be fresh, comfortable and as relaxing as we do.
