Welcome to the Hilltop Hangout!
Looking for the spot for your ultimate group getaway? You just found it.
This cabin is built for memory-making - whether it's family reunions, friendcations, retreats or just escaping everyday chaos. With nearly 5,000 square feet inside and another 2,000 square feet outside, there's plenty of space for your crew to spread out without stepping on each other's toes!
*A total of 6 bedrooms, one of which is an oversized Bunk Room that sleeps 14
*The other 5 bedrooms have King-Sized beds and full bathrooms
*The upstairs bedrooms have a balcony attached, providing spectacular views of the Oklahoma mountains and forest
*Humongous deck with slide and climbing wall attached
*Also on the deck is a kitchen with built-in gas grill and 8-person hot tub
*Amazing Game Room
The roads to the cabin are fully paved with no potholes. It is surrounded by pines, giving you privacy, but yet is only minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Cedar Creek Golf Course, restaurants, putt putt, go-karts, the Hochatown Maze, paintball, petting zoo, Choctaw Casino, museums, spas and nightlife, including Girls Gone Wine and various breweries and distilleries.
The interior consists of a massive living room and kitchen area; a game room, a separate gathering area for gaming (upstairs), 6 bedrooms and 7-1/2 baths.
The game room includes a full-sized air hockey table and poker table. It also includes an old school sit-down arcade and a stand up arcade - each arcade includes more than 400 games. The game room has a large, comfy love seat and couch and a 55" flat screen Smart TV with Roku.
The back deck includes a hot tub, a full outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and 2 separate fireplaces. The backyard includes a fire pit, complete with burning logs and backyard lights, and a slide and climbing wall for the little ones.
Ground Floor
Master Bedroom - King-sized bed, 55 inch HDTV with Roku, back door opening to the hot tub area of deck, huge bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate free standing, soaking bath tub and two separate sinks. Also includes a closet and dresser, sitting area and Pack & Play (stored in closet).
Bedroom 2 - Next to Master, King-sized bed, window at front of house, which has blackout curtains, full bathroom and 55 inch HDTV with Roku and closet.
Bedroom 3 - Next to Ground Floor Game Room, King-sized bed, window at front of house, which has blackout curtains, full bathroom and 55 inch HDTV with Roku and closet.
Living Room - 2 leather couches, two chairs, kitchen table that seats 4 comfortably (for meals/conversation/gaming), fire place, 55 inch HDTV with Roku, door to back deck, which leads directly to outdoor kitchen, view of deck and pine trees, wide open floor plan. TONS-O-ROOM!!
Kitchen - fully equipped, including blenders, wineglasses, HUGE granite counter top with bar stools, with adjacent large table and chairs that seats 10.
Game Room - Air Hockey, two separate arcades with 400+ games each, 55 inch HDTV with Roku, Poker Table, (very) comfortable couch and chair, full bathroom, door leading to back deck fun!
Second Floor
Bedrooms 4 & 5 - King-sized beds, adjoining balcony with rocking chairs, WHICH PROVIDES INCREDIBLE VIEWS of the Oklahoma forest and mountains, full bathrooms and 55 inch HDTVs with Rokus, dressers in each.
Bunk Room - 5 separate Queen-sized beds, 2 twin bunk beds (the bunkroom sleeps 14), 55 inch HDTV with Roku, full bathroom, adjacent to loft/gaming area
Loft/Gaming Area - table and chairs, board games, cards, next to floor-to-ceiling windows to bring the outdoors in.
The Second Floor includes a loft that oversees the Living Room and Kitchen areas so your crew always feels connected, yet has enough room so you're not on top of each other.
In the back, hangout around the camp fire, play Cornhole, chill out in the hot tub or relax while watching one of the two HDTVs on the deck. There are plenty of spots to eat, drink, be merry and play games on the back deck and yard of the Hilltop Hangout! The deck has a built-in gas grill & sink.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin!! We held our annual staff retreat at a cabin down the road, and this was an incredible option to accommodate so many people, have plenty of space to spread out, etc! We are so grateful for how enjoyable our stay was!

Awesome House!
We had a great time! House had plenty of space for all of us and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back! This house is perfect for multiple families that also need some privacy.

Wonderful, Wonderful and wonderful
My family and I came to Broken Bow for a family vacation. This cabin was awesome, spacious, clean, very comfortable. Our host was awesome, anytime we had a question or an issue they were right on it. We can not wait for our next visit. I highly recommend this cabin.

Great location to get to restaurants and activities! Had a few hiccups with lack of hot tub towels and upstairs A/C not working properly but once addressed they were quickly resolved. I gave a 3 star on cleanliness cause there were bugs and remnants of balloons under our bed and nightstand along with looks like something pink was spilled on mattress protective covering. Also found a hair in a mixing bowl but nothing that washing in the dishwasher couldn’t fix. The bedrooms upstairs had no closets which we found unfortunate for a bedroom. I slept in one of the rooms upstairs and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great time in the cabin with all the different areas for all of our family to disperse and enjoy! Loved the large outdoor patio just wish every time we went out there we didn’t have to clean the green pollen off of everything. This time of year is bad for this issue. Overall nice cabin!

Just as advertised!
This place is amazing! Great views, quiet and a ton of space. If you are looking for luxury in the woods with a great space for friends and family, this is where you want to be! The property manager, Cindy, is a great communicator and quick to respond to your needs. I would come back every weekend to relax if I could!

Amazing venue!
I stayed here with 6 buddies, we were on our way to a bike rally in Arkansas. It was a beautiful place. Great atmosphere! Honestly much nicer than we usually stay at, but such a treat!! Patrick was extremely responsive and friendly and helpful! We all shared pics and FaceTimed our spouses and now they all want us to plan vacations with families here! :-) Highly recommend!

Family Christmas Trip!
My family and I LOVED the property. The cabin was beautiful and there was more than enough room for my entire family! We all enjoyed the play room and the hot tub. We had so much fun! The decor was beautiful, and it was decorated for Christmas which was a plus! We were able to take pictures by the Christmas tree in our matching pjs and tshirts! If we ever visit Hochatown again, we’ll definitely stay here again. The communication with the host was exceptional. Everything was wonderful!

Annual cabin trip
The property was beautiful and spacious! It was able to accommodate our group of 21 comfortably without making it feel like we were on top of one another. Patrick was great! He was very hospitable and communicated with us very well from the beginning until the end. Only critic I will leave behind is maybe consider having a second refrigerator. The one refrigerator made it difficult to hold groceries to feed 21 people during our 3 night stay. All minor things though, besides that I would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!

Family quality time
My huband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here along with our sons (who had just graduated college and high school a few weeks before). We brought along my parents, my siblings, and their teenage kids. 13 of us total. We had more than enough space and felt guilty for not inviting more guests.....LOL
The cabin was in excellent condition and the layout was perfect for everyone to enjoy their own personal space in addition to us gathering together for family time. Location was PERFECT! We were located just minutes away from any and everything we wanted to do. The manager was great and did everything possible to accomodate us and make our stay even more enjoyable. This was our first time visiting Broken Bow/Hochatown, and we will definitely be back!This cabin will be our "go to" next time as well. The pictures are an understatement to what you actually see in person. SUPER NICE, clean and modern. We LOVED every part of it!

Every year, our family looks forward to our summer vacations and road tripping to a new location. We love lakes and boating and enjoying the outdoors. My husband of 22 years and I have 3 teenagers, ages 18, 16 & 14 (girl, girl, boy...:)). About half the time we travel, it's just with our crew. The other half of the time we travel with extended family, our parents, our brothers and sisters and their children. When not enjoying what the great U.S. has to provide us out of our home town of Kansas City, we love the Chiefs and Royals. We get to as many games as we can. Our children are busy with volleyball and basketball. On top of that, we love going to our young nieces and nephews' sporting events. They're in Kindergarten through second grade, and play ALL the things...:) It's a blast.

Broken Bow is an area we first travelled to in 2017. We met friends there and fell in love with it. We love that there are no national chains, everything is local and authentic. The Lake and State Park is beautiful and we never run out of things to do. Whether it's checking out a local winery, spending a day on the Lake or just hanging out at an awesome cabin, we always have a great time when we get out of our little 'bubble' and make the trek to Broken Bow!!

As of the writing of this, we have 30+ separate 5-star reviews. Families seem to be constantly entertained when at the Hilltop Hangout and simply do not run out of things to do together while at the cabin. The location in absolutely perfect - just a 4-5 minute drive to the heart of Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake. The slide and climbing wall are always a hit with the little ones. The old-school arcades are enjoyed by the kid-os, as well, although the adults seem to enjoy them even more...:) Each room is designed for the guests to be comfortable and be "together" without tripping all over each other. The back deck may be the most popular part of the house, with the 2 separate flat screen Smart TVs, the hot tub, out door kitchen and 2 separate conversation pits. We take immense pride in providing a location where friends and family make memories.
