This is a great cabin! It is clean, huge, beds are super comfy and at a great location for all activities at pigeon forge, smoky mountain national park and gatlinburg. Beautiful views of mountains and very peaceful sitting on the deck. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. We will definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive, check-in and check-out were simple. Beds were comfortable. Great place for a family with children (ages 0-12). The house was not as clean as I would have liked. Dirt and dust under furniture. Overall, good experience, just needs a deep clean.

We were able to go straight to the home without a check in process. The house was clean and in good shape. There was an issue with the HVAC system but Brittany communicated that clearly and offered some alternatives to make the stay more comfortable.

Gorgeous cabin with all your kitchen needs

The cabin is in a beautiful setting on top of a mountain. The beds are very comfortable in all the rooms. Plenty to do at the cabin, pool table and many games. Inside pool and outdoor pool onsite. Close to everything in Sievervolle, Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hosts are close to the phones and answer quickly. It was the perfect place for our family if 16. Perfect in everyway Gatlinburg.

There was a problem with the HVAC system in this house; the air conditioning system was not working properly and the house was too warm during our stay. We texted the "help" number, and they were very quick to send out a technician. Parts need to be ordered, and the solution was to add 1 air conditioning unit on the bottom floor of a 3 story house. We were told to just keep the bedroom door open. We said that really wasn't a solution, and were told that the owner already spent 300 for the air conditioning unit and the tech didn't think he'd do anything else. We never heard from anyone else the rest of our stay. I contacted Bliss Vacations when we got home but never heard anything from them.

We did not get room we reserved. Thermostat was out. We had already started moving in. They tried to contact us at 4:36. We started moving in about 4:20. Was busing unloading and didn’t get message until we called to find out why temp wasn’t going down. Was told we need to move We felt like new place was okay but not as nice as one we booked. Other than that it was fine.

Great location, easy to get to the park or amusements. Fantastic view from all the back decks. Plenty of usable cookware. There was enough gas in the grill for use but it would be great if you supplied an extra tank. Excellent communications with Bliss vacations.
