Multicade with numerous arcade games! Pool table! Fast Wifi! Smart TV with Roku in all rooms, log in with your streaming services. No cable.

OUTDOOR
Huge 2 wrap around 2-level porch is an amazing place to hang out to soak in those mountain view, enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks, grill your dinner, soak in the Hot tub at the end of the day. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone.

Resort Indoor, outdoor seasonal pool, mini golf, waterfall. We provide mini golf clubs, need to provide your own golf balls. Please bring back the golf clubs with you.

***Linens and towels are provided. We provide a starter supply of body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish pods, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and coffee and coffee creamer. You may need additional supplies if staying more than a couple of days.

-Please note that if the propane tank runs out during your stay, feel free to have it refilled at a nearby location, and we will happily reimburse the cost. Please keep the receipt and send us a photo for reimbursement.
-We’re surrounded by nature. It's part of the natural surroundings that make this area special. It's not uncommon to see wildlife like Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, Rabbits, Birds, Bees, Ants, Spiders, Bats, and even the occasional Bear or Scorpion. We recommend keeping doors closed and food or trash properly secured.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets at this property. A fee of $200 applies for up to 2 dogs per stay. Pets are not allowed in the shared amenities areas in the resort, such as the pool, as per HOA guidelines.

RENTAL TERMS

• Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking.
• Security deposit of 300$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 5 days after stay if there is no damage.

SECURITY
• Front door motion sensitive Ring camera with view of the parking and front entrance! We use camera for security during check in and check out times and if there is concern for noise or rule violation!

SAFETY
• Bears endemic in the area and have been sighted near the cabin! Please use bear precautions.

☆ CANCELATION POLICY ☆

Cancelation: Please refer to your cancelation policy + $100 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Getting Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
