My two sisters and I stayed at B1701 for our girls beach trip in May this year. This unit is the best one we have rented while staying at Beach Club. The kitchen was the most well appointed by far. The beds were all really comfortable. It was nice to have all en-suite bathrooms with an additional hall half bath. The Infinity game table was a lot of fun. We’d definitely stay here again.

Exceeded All Expectations!!!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was updated, had everything we could ever possibly have needed during out stay and everything was in place, organized and labeled for our convenience. Needless to say, it far exceeded our expectations and did not disappoint! The beds were super comfortable, the pillows were equally as nice and every room and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing and the Beach Club property was stunning. This will definitely be my beach "go-to" place going forward.

Perfect accommodations

Description is spot on. Very clean condo with comfortable beds and furnishings. Large patio with heavy duty Adirondack stools and tables to enjoy the awesome views from the 17th floor. We cooked every meal during the stay and the unit was stocked with all the pans, utensils and flatware we needed. We appreciated the large coffee cups and the stemware to sip our mimosas and margaritas.

Great stay in a great unit!

We enjoyed this place! Our whole family had fun. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools needed for food prep. Hosts were very responsive and polite. The resort is pretty secluded; the nearest grocery store we found (Rouse's) was a 15 minute drive. Not too bad, but good to know before driving to unit. I would recommend pre-planning meals/grocery needs. This was a perfect escape from the hustle and the bustle. The beach was easy to access, and the pools were lovely. There were a lot of fishermen at the shore; so with littles jumping in the water, it was something to be mindful about. Overall, it was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Awesome trip

We stayed in this condo and it was great. It was clean, spacious and had everything you would need to cook, etc. The balcony was large and had plenty of chairs. The view was also amazing. This is our second trip to beach club and we had a great time. The weather was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone that wants to stay in a nice, clean and updated room. We also appreciated that the tv had all the apps available to watch whatever we wanted. The digital game table was also a lot of fun.

We had an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo. We had open and easy communication from the minute we booked our condo. They were quick to answer any questions we had and even texted us with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Everything we could have needed was available and easy to find in a perfectly labeled place! The bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and perfect for our family of 8. The views from the balconies were gorgeous!! We saw families of dolphins every day. We will definitely be coming back to stay! Thank you for everything!!

Late winter getaway

Condo was perfect. Everything was as described and better. Nice and roomy and really liked all the seating in the main room, especially the recliners. Loved the furniture on the balcony and the view was perfected. Was able to watch dolphins play. The island was huge and a great focal point. Kitchen had everything you need, as we cooked a lot of meals in. Owners kept us well informed of everything going on in the complex with regards to weather updates and remodeling of the elevator area. Would highly recommend condo.

Great family of 5 Vacation!

Condo was perfect for my family of 5 (18, 14 and 10 yr old)! We loved the space and all the amenities inside and outside the condo. The kitchen is the best stocked of any condo we’ve ever stayed in and made cooking very easy. The electronic game machine was a definite hit and I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a bonus half bath. The beds were all very comfortable and plenty of linens provided. The views on the 17th floor were outstanding and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Overall the Condo is fantastic and just as the pictures show! We didn't use all the amenities at the Beach Club but liked all the options they offered. We spent most days on the beach and finished the day at the clubhouse pool. We did purchase the wristband and were glad we did as the clubhouse pool seemed a little less crowded and getting food and fruity drinks was a nice bonus!

Fully stocked kitchen! Beautiful views!

We have stayed at numerous cabins and condos over the years, and this unit had the best stocked kitchen with almost anything you can need. Appreciated the lap throws in ottoman also. Loved the labels on the cabinets and light switches. Very clean unit. Always love The Beach Club area. Beautiful views from both balconies. Only complaint was a strange noise coming from above the master bedroom each night. Like loud constantly running pipes. Also the last night, a storm blew in and something metal was banging loudly outside. We checked our attached balcony so assume it was a neighboring unit. Elevator had a problem one day, but it was addressed quickly. Thank you for opening your condo to our family. We will definitely bookmark it to stay again!

Luxury Stay and Family Fun

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit! Upon arrival the condo was spotlessly clean and we found the kitchen to have everything needed to prepare and cook delicious meals. The ice machine and Keurig were nice touches and appreciated too. There were plenty of towels, linens, and extra blankets. We enjoyed the board games and our girls loved the electronic gaming table. The property itself is very secure and well maintained. We definitely would recommend this condo and property to anyone looking for a luxury quality stay!
