We have happily used VRBO for over 30 years and this property is a stand out!It was impeccably appointed: from its proximity to the city centre, its layout, capacity, equipment, and furnishings that reflected its historical past and present!The invaluable and up to date information provided by our hosts about everything we needed to know, from how to connect electronically, to best restaurants and sights and how to work household equipment was faultless.Uzes is a wonderful base from which to explore the south of France but a hire car is an essential.The local owner representatives, Annick and Oliver were amazingly helpful and welcoming!

A most beautiful home in the best town in the south of France. The house is the most well appointed of all I have experienced besides being esthetically beautiful. As well., Uzes is the perfect central town to explore the south of France. Don't miss the Saturday market, it is one of the best in the region. Highly recommended.

Unique traditional town house with character

Fantastic location in the town. Convenient for the twice weekly market. Superb base for exploring the surrounding sites. Wonderful information provided by the property manager.

Spacious, good beds, great location!!

4 story house, well-maintained and furnished, a few steps from La Place aux Herbes. Beds are comfortable and sized to North American dimensions. Great host communication. Washer and DRYER!!

Great location in a spectacular part of France

Comfortable, lovely home in a beautiful town. We loved exploring Uzes and going to the markets, as well as traveling the area in all directions. This region of France is beautiful and interesting historically, geologically, culturally, and agriculturally. We spent two weeks and every day was unique and wonderful.

Back in Uzes

Second visit to Maison Sept. Still love the charm and the ambience of the house. Very well equipped and in a perfect location for the town and surrounding sites. A great place to relax and soak up the lifestyle of southern France. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Uzes Experience

We had an extremely comfortable 9 days in Uzes staying at this very lovely and very spacious and well appointed house centrally located in Uzes. History oozes from the interior and the addition of air conditioning in a 17th century house during the June heatwave was greatly appreciated.

Listing details and photos are accurate. Clean house with good amenities and right in town. Easy to get to all the restaurants and shops of Uzes.Air conditioners worked great. All appliances are fairly new and in good working order. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc.

Amazing Uzes

We have just spent 10 weeks in this amazing house. Uzes is a fabulous town with all the facilities to make our stay incredible. Maison 7 is in the perfect location, the house is perfect for a couple or a family with everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. The hosts were very helpful and responsive sending us local information on the town and surrounding areas. The local managers Annick and Oliver could not have done more for us, they were in regular communication and were a font of local knowledge. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, tastefully decorated home.

The house was immaculate, very tastefully decorated and in an excellent location just a minutes walk to Place aux Herbes (the city centre) where many people gather and where many restaurants are located. The owners of the property did everything to facilitate our unique requirements. Uzès is a fabulous place to visit and this property is ideal for a family. Highly recommended. Daniel Mayer

Excellent and rewarding

We are a couple from London and Italy and stayed four weeks DEC-JAN. Several friends and family members visited and stayed with us. Comments: Excellent location. We found the house warm and clean. Everything works. The feeling of an ancient place has been well preserved. Ideal for 4 to 6 people. Annik, who checked us in and out was gentle and practical. We had a very happy time. We had a fantastic stay at Natalka’s property in Uzès. The property is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a number of unique art pieces on display. Although the property is a seventeenth century townhouse it has a modern kitchen and bathrooms. We found the house to be very clean. The location in Uzès is perfect, very central but not noisy. Communication with the host Natalka was very good. We also had good communication with the building managers, Annick and Olivier. They met us at house when we arrived. They were both very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Uzès. I would also highly recommend Uzès as a holiday destination.

Gorgeous Vacation in Uzes

This is a fabulous home in Uzes with lovely furnishings and everything we needed for comfort and relaxation. We met the property manager (lovely Suzie) in the town square and walked 3 minutes to the door where there was a bottle of wine, cheese, baguette, olives, and cherries and lovely fresh flowers to welcome us. We couldn't have aked for a more beautiful home or area. We wish we could bring Maison Sept back home with us. It was truly outstanding. The pictures really don't do the home justice. We loved everything. We stayed in five different places in Europe with our family of six and this was by far our favorite rental. Thank you so much Natalka and Todd. Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful house, fabulous location.

We stayed at le Sept for two weeks in April (four adults, one nine-year-old), and enjoyed it tremendously. The entire house is decorate with great charm, and is very comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with high quality pans, knives and small appliances, which was highly appreciated when we cooked at home. For two families, the separation between the first living room and a separate large living area on the top floor was super. The is no parking at the house, but we had no problems finding spots nearby. This is truly one of the nicest streets in a beautiful town, and is only a few steps to the Place Aux Herbes and the primary shopping areas within Uzes. Many thanks to Annick and Olivier, who made everything very easy for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this location for anyone interested in staying in the Uzege area.

Maison Sept-a jewel in the crown of Uzes!

It was with a great deal of excitement that we booked a week at Maison Sept in August 2015. The beautiful photos lured us in and I must say that we were not disappointed in any way! Maison Sept would have to be the prettiest house on the prettiest street in all of Uzes. The house is situated literally footsteps away from the Place aux Herbes but just out of the main hustle and bustle, so the house is an oasis of calm. It is beautifully decorated in a style sympathetic to its French locale. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house is ideal for large groups or families with separate chill out areas. The courtyard area was a lovely place for a glass of local wine and a plate of cheese in the afternoons. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for feasting on the delicious produce bought at the twice weekly market. The Saturday market is a MUST, do not miss it! There are many restaurants to choose from and a large variety of shops & galleries around the village to keep even the most discerning shopper happy. Owners Natalka and Todd were an absolute delight to deal with and Natalka was very happy to answer my many, many questions about the local area. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find out and get back to me! Highlights of our unforgettable week were a visit to Chateauneuf du Pape for wine tasting, a visit to the Pont du Gard, followed later that week by a day kayaking down the Gard and under the Pont and swimming in the local river. There were many happy hours spent just wandering around exploring the village or just sitting in the Place aux Herbes with an afternoon mojito watching the sun set and the fairy lights in the trees twinkle as night fell. Thank you Maison Sept for a fabulous week! We will definitely return - and soon!

Élégant et confortable

Maison ancienne décorée avec beaucoup de soins et de bon goût. Il ne manque de rien. Elle est très grande et bien située dans Uzes et par rapport à la place au herbes. Annick assure l'acceuil avec courtoisie et efficacité.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passer un très beau Noël dans cette maison ancienne d’Uzès rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison était parfaitement chauffée en cette saison hivernale et la cuisine bien équipée très agréable pour préparer des repas de fêtes. Sa situation était idéale à deux pas de tous les commerces qui sont nombreux et de très bonne qualité. Nous avions 2 chiens qui se sont régalés des balades accessibles depuis la maison dans la vallée d’Eure ainsi qu’aux alentours. Merci à Annick pour son accueil et sa disponibilité ainsi qu’à Oliver dont les peintures décorent magnifiquement la maison !

Séjour de rêves

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, la maison est idéalement située, à proximité des restaurants, galeries d'art, magasins et des principaux sites à visiter (Cévennes & Ardèche pour les amateurs de marche, mer méditerranée, Villages remarquables, vignobles...). Dur de faire mieux

La maison est grande, bien climatisée, de beaux meubles, de belles photos et tableaux aux murs. Il ne manque de rien. L'accueuil d'Annick est efficace et sympatique. La maison est incroyablement bien sutiée, par rapport à la Place aux heurbres, une petite épicerie, une boulangerie, un café, des restaurants. Pratiquement aucune circulation de voitures dans la rue, ce qui contribue à la quiétude de l'endroit. Il est facile de décrocher, de se reposer, à Uzes, dans dans cette maison bien entretenue.

Loved this home and town!

As the title suggests, we loved this property and the town of Uzes itself. Natalka's home is centrally located in Uzes just outside of the town center and, most importantly, is located just across from the best boulangerie and around the corner from the best patisserie in town. The home itself is well furnished and the beds were all comfortable. Our stay was during a sweltering late June but you wouldn't have been able to tell because the stone walls kept everything cool and the AC worked great. The town of Uzes itself is a gem. We visited with our four children and were able to find so much to do with them during the stay. The town has great restaurants (including the one Michelin star La Table d'Uzes) and is near to many great places to visit such as Avignon or Pont du Gard (where the kids could swim and go looking for nature). Our pictures of the kids running through lavender fields are some of my favorite of all time! Finally, Natalka and Annick were super helpful during the stay and were also very responsive whenever we had questions. All in all, this was an amazing stay and we cannot wait to visit Uzes again!
