Welcome to our stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that offers the perfect retreat for your San Diego getaway. Nestled in the heart of Mission Bay, this home is perfect for for families and groups of all ages looking for the perfect home base for a beach getaway.

Inside, you'll find 1,300 square feet of living space with no shared walls, adorned with travertine flooring and elegant furnishings that combine home-inspired comfort with San Diego style. The living room boasts a plush sofa, a stone-top coffee table, and a large flatscreen TV. The dining room features a six-person table, and the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, oak cabinetry, and a spacious center island, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze.

The primary bedroom is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring, featuring a queen bed and private access to the rooftop deck. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and al-fresco dinning.

Our home is ideally situated, allowing you to explore all that Mission Beach has to offer, from the five-mile-long boardwalk to the thrilling Belmont Park, home to the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. There are also plenty of other entertainment options just a short drive away, including the renowned San Diego Zoo and the exciting SeaWorld.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a nightly fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-The 3rd floor queen master bedroom is a loft-style bedroom and does not have a door.
-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does not include AC, home does have ceiling and portable fans.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

There is a tandem, semi-covered 2-vehicle carport . There is limited additional public street parking or public island parking lots, a 3-4 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.

Great VRBO experience. We stay in this area often and would love to stay here again. Management was great the whole time. No issues at all. Parking was tight but we were able to fit a Dodge Durango and a Mazda CX five in the spots.

Such a nice place. Truly an oasis. One block from the beach. A top deck rooftop patio with a 360 degree view. New and very clean. Two parking spots. Body boards, chairs and a beach umbrella made the stay very accomodating. There's a Keurig Duo (both ground coffee and Keurig K-Cups). the beds were very comfortable. We were able to watch the SeaWorld fireworks from the top deck! I highly recommend! Note: CheapRentals has bikes and is only 100 feet from the front door. Restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity (but not too close). *****

Great location!

The house was clean and perfect size for our family. My kids loved having bunk beds. They give you beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more too. The location was top notch. So many restaurants all within 10 minutes of walking. 15 min walk to Belmont Park. We would absolutely come back.

The only issues we had were the hardwood floors have not been mopped in some time and there were no doors into Master bedroom and no bath on main floor.

At the mission bay

The property was located in a fantastic area one block from the beach one block from a lot of different eateries and activities. Parking of course was horrible so be prepared if you have a large SUV it is not gonna fit in the driveway. The house were wonderful very responsive.

Good times on vaca

The house is exactly as advertised, from the front patio to rooftop deck (great place to get sun and see the neighborhood). The 3 bedrooms are big and the kitchen is extremely functional. Long driveway for 2 cars. Location is close to beach and bay and bars/restaurants. We had a great week

Great Holiday Stay in Mission Beach

Loved our Thanksgiving weekend in this property. Home was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing our Thanksgiving meal. Host communication was excellent before, during and after stay ... thank you. Walking distance to great dining and oh so close to the beach. Hope to stay in this beautifully updated home in a future stay.

Wonderful little house

Great communication with property managers. There were plenty of towels. House was clean. Plenty of dishes and silverware. You have to accept that every house in this area have moisture but all of the windows worked and there are fans in every room. We loved it here.

The house was very comfortable and roomy for our family. We would stay here again and recommend to others. I did contact the company the day befor arrival because I was concerned about the check in process coordinating with our travel time, and they were very nice and easy to work with, and had no problems working with us on our situation. The master bedroom being on the top floor with the 2 guest bedrooms on the lower level gave everyone enough space to retreat to our own corners at the end of the day. The rooftop was enjoyable, although the lights werent working at night so it was hard to see where you were walking but it was fine. It was mid to high 70s during our stay, and at the hottest time of day the breeze thru the house with open windows and doors was very nice.  The house was a 2 minute walk to the bay, and a 5 minute walk to the ocean. We walked to Belmont park as well. There are a couple of small markets within walking distance but for anything substantial (like fresh fruit and food to cook) we drove to Vons, about 10 minutes away with traffic. There was no coffee maker but there are several close options for coffee just down the street, and we kept a liter of cold brew in the fridge. The parking space was adequate. We rented a Nissan sentra and it fit. You'll want to back into the parking space, and back all the way in for more room to open the doors. There were 2 boogie boards for use at the beach and beach towels (we didn't use the towels). The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on, but that's to be expected. We didn't use it for sleeping, so I don't know about sleep comfort. There's a lot of noise early in the mornings from the street: garbage trucks, delivery trucks. Wasn't as bad when we shut the windows. Not totally unbearable and it wouldnt keep me from staying again, but it's certainly not quiet. There are several places to eat within walking distance that will be perfect for most people. We are vegan and the one vegan restaurant we found within walking distance (soulshine I think?) was not great.  The other places have a few options if you're looking for close vegan food. Overall, very nice and exactly as pictured.

Great location

We loved being in the middle of Mission Beach / Mission Bay and all the action.My wife thought that the street sounds were a little loud, I didn't mind it at all.Rooftop area is great, check out SeaWorld fireworks from there around 8.50 PM on weeknights and 9.50 PM on weekends.We had a great time staying here.

Great location

Location ideal. House is average for the area. For the nightly amount it would have been good to have some nicer amenities - the towels are cheap and small, as one example. They need to do some work on the plumbing for sure. Property manager is very responsive. The scaffolding that is up for the neighbor’s property makes parking two cars incredibly challenging. That wasn’t disclosed until day of the rental and honestly was really inconvenient. Again for the money that was disappointing.

Good location

Great location but there were not water views and scaffolding obstructed access to gate from parking to the front door. Parking was extremely tight. There is no curtain on the ground floor bathroom window and you can see directly into the bathroom (window is right next to shower entrance) from the street. Otherwise the stay was fine
