Great place! It was clean and in good condition. We loved the proximity and easy access to Mission Beach. The southern part of mission beach didn't seem as crowded as the area around Belmont Park which was perfect for us.The 2-car garage had plenty of room for our rental minivan. There is no AC inside the house but it was not a problem to use the ceiling fans. The only minor issue we found during our stay was that in the morning you could hear the airplanes taking off, but that is more of an issue with ALL the homes in the area not just this property. Overall, we would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

Graduation weekend

Great communication and even got to check in early, exceptionally clean. Modern and fun decor. Lots of stairs so hard if older but not a problem for us at all, darling house I would rent again. Thank you

Great Location

Cute little place which is very close to the beach. Kitchen and family rooms were great spots to congregate for a meal or entertainment.

Beautiful beach house with easy access to the beach

Very clean and comfortable beach house in mission beach. We enjoyed every inch of the property (with 6 of us total) - my favorite was the roof top deck with 360 views of the ocean and mountains!

Stairway to heaven

We loved our stay. Mission beach is so fun. This place is located far enough fe Belmont Park that is isn’t crazy crowded. The crazy crowds are only 10-15 minute walk away so so you can choose your crowd level. There were just A LOT of stairs.

Disappointed

House upon arrival was not dirty, it was filthy. I realize the beach rentals get a lot of wear and tear. But there is no a excuse for the rental not being clean. Sure the linens were fresh and beds clean. But noticeable dirt on all floors and all rooms. Purchased 50.00 in cleaning supplies and cleaned for 4 hours. Not what I expected to do on vacation. I reported this within hours of check in and began getting automated text from Vacasa as to what they could do to help. When I told them, I guess there was no automated response for my request because text became silent. Most all screens in house didn’t fit properly or were broken. We were aware there was no a/c but the broken screens created a ridiculous fly problem.

Great Views

Great views and space. Neighbors across the way were quite loud, with no AC we slept with the windows open and heard it all. Minor items needed fixing. However staff was helpful. Would stay again.

South Mission Trip

Truly a fantastic rental. Garage fit our Tahoe (barely but still fit!!) and was wide enough for beach gear on the side. Quality bedding and towels, well stocked kitchen, clean upon arrival. I do wish we could have checked in early (yes, I know the automated response your team needed time to clean, haha) and there was an issue with one shower that was taken care of within a couple hours. But overall, would stay here again and loved it!!!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect spot for our party of 7! We loved the various levels of the home! The rooftop deck was our favorite. We spent mornings and evenings up there! The home came with all the essentials needed. The location is amazing! You hate just steps from the beach along the pacific and the same for the bay. The beach toys, towels, chairs, wagon and umbrellas were a great addition! Highly recommend this townhome for anyone looking for a great trip to the beach!

Prime Family Beach location

Perfect townhouse but disappointed by lack of hospitality from Vasca

Absolutely loved this rental. Perfect location in Mission Beach and easy to explore surrounding areas. Townhouse was very clean, comfortable and was stocked with all the necessities. We had a great girls trip here! The reason for the docked star is because of the robotic/automated responses from Vasca in terms of requesting an early check in. Every time I reached out to you, it felt like the responses were cut and paste from a training manual and lacking empathy. It was extremely stressful to not be able to have an early check in, especially since there was nobody in the unit the day before. You wouldn’t even allow us to drop our bags off and left us scrambling to figure out what to do with our bags for hours. This is the first time I’ve experienced poor hospitality from a rental company. You could’ve at least provided recommendations. I thankfully discovered Bounce after a lot of research but a 4pm check in with nobody in the unit before is just ridiculous.

Great location! Well stocked house, loved all the beach supplies. Love love loved the shower, great pressure. Very nice and comfortable house. Communication with the property management was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again, didn’t want to leave!

Mission beach

We called the house a castle house because it was essentially four stories with the top story being a large roof patio where we spent every evening. The rooms were large and comfy plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen worked very well and was well stocked. We were easy walking distance from the beach, one and a half block and all the children have no problem caring their beach toys and getting to ocean. We were so close to the beach you could easily run back to the house and pick up something and then come back.There were bikes, boogie boards, a wagon and sand toys in the garage – everything you could want. Keyless entry made coming and going easy even in and out of the one car garage. We had a great holiday and would do it again and again at your house. Thank you.

Great south mission beach vacation

We had a great time, San Diego Zoo, Parasailing, nice dining at the Red Marlin and visiting La Jolla. The plumbing throughout the house was not in good condition, and the place needed a major clean up. My hunch is that we were there at the end of the season and everthing was still within acceptable levels. House was stocked with enough gear for cooking and grilling plus the garage had bikes and cars for the boardwalk and beach. If we come back to Mission Bay with a big group of kids again, we will certainly consider this house.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was amazing. It was in the middle between mission beach and mission bay. My teenagers could go to the beach while my two younger children could swim safely in the bay. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Mission Beach location.

We loved this property for a family gathering. Great location with easy south MB access. We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop patio with panoramic views including the firework display at SeaWorld. Well stocked kitchen for our meal prep. Plenty of beach supplies including a wagon. For those not familiar with MB, it’s a quieter area than further north, but still had some neighbors that did not respect the 10pm-8am quiet time and it is in the flight pattern of the airport. All expected for the area though and why we pack ear plugs. :) A great house with plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing!
