Home away from home! This was a nice cozy get away with all the things necessities of home. Everything from an amazing stocked fire pit to games galore. The property was great as well, private with a beautiful view and your own private hiking trail. Jackie was very prompt in communicating everything needed before you even ask. I highly recommend booking a stay, you will be highly satisfied.

Amazing stay! The house is in a great location very close to all the hiking trails. Jackie responds quickly and her house is beautiful and has all the essentials you need for a great weekend away!

This rental was extremely clean, well-stocked, in a good location, and the hosts were so thoughtful! They contacted us before the trip and while we were there to make sure that we had everything we needed, including local recommendations for food and hiking. The house itself was beautiful and within easy driving distance of the most popular trails. We highly recommend Papa Dino's pizza and enjoyed making smores with the supplies provided! It was the perfect place to stay for our trip and far nicer and cleaner than other rentals we have stayed at in the past.

This was a great property. It was clean, she had all sorts of extras. (like toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, women’s personal care products). There was a full spice drawer, crockpots, great coffee pot that worked with ground or pods, plenty of plates, cups, mugs, knives and forks and pots and pans. There’s nice trails behind the house. It’s close to everything. And the hostess was so quick on getting back with any questions that I might’ve had. My favorite thing was that they left Reese‘s peanut butter cups, Hershey’s chocolate bars, marshmallows, and graham crackers, so that we could make s’mores! There are cleaning products and a vacuum if you like to stay on top of things. Tons of games! You would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay! The indoor and outdoor areas are clean and spacious. Jackie is an amazing host. She answered all my questions quickly. The house is stocked with everything you may need - sippy cups, kids forks, towels for the dogs, dog poo bags. The place is in a perfect spot only 5/10 mins from trails. Would recommend to anyone

Lovely stay! Clean house, provided us with all the supplies we needed including firewood and even a s’mores kit ! The host is absolutely wonderful and so kind. I would love to return again if we can ! We really enjoyed our stay. Very dog friendly , our pups loved the trails and yard.

Wonderful stay to visit our Ohio University daughter

Great meeting point to visit our daughter and bring our furry family member along! We loved all of the host recommendations for dining and activities plus the little touches to make us feel at home. Very clean and cozy!

Hocking Hills Weekend

This was a wonderful place for our long weekend trip to Hocking Hills. The home is in a great location to explore the area from. Very clean, well stocked with a beautiful outside area to relax in. Would highly recommend and although our children are grown the home is definitely kid friendly!!

What a great stay!

Communication with the owner was amazing! Very quick responses. This property is way more amazing even than the great pictures show! We had a great time and have already started the process of booking a stay in the fall.

The Perfect Place

Jackie is an excellent host. She was responsive to all messages and gave us all the information we needed about her wonderful house, things to do in the area and where to go for anything we may need. Her place is so clean, warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed and then some. Our family would, will, stay there again in a heartbeat.

Home away from home

The house was wonderful and very clean. It was really nice to have a fully stocked kitchen (pots and pans) and plenty of bathroom towels. The property was perfect for a night camp fire and a beautiful night sky. The property also had some nice trails for a morning stroll. Home away from home!

This property is goregous. As you drive in, you notice along the sides of the driveway and yard leading up to the house that there are tons of wildflowers deliberately planted to encourage polinators and a small bee box (nowhere near the house, don't worry about that). We loved sitting on the big front porch playing cards and listening to the birds, looking at the flowers-- we saw deer and even a hummingbird. The trails at the back of the house are well cleared so we were not afraid of ticks. Such a well thought out natural property. The hostess communicated when necessary and there were no issues with the property while we were there. Checking in and checking out were easy. The home itself is very comfortable and central to several key attractions. Worth every penny. We would go back. Great job!

Outstanding Property in Heart of Hocking Hills

This property wildly exceeded our expectations!!! We have stayed at many rental properties in our travels and this place is by far THE best!!! Excellent location, amenities and room for the family. We brought our parents to celebrate their 55th Wedding Anniversary and we were truly blown away and blessed to have found this property!!! Thank you Jackie for going above and beyond!!! Our experience will be remembered forever and we will be sure to HIGHLY recommend to family and friends!

This place was perfect! It was comfortable and exceptionally clean. It had everything you would need for cooking, (a full Thanksgiving dinner with ease), as well as extra toiletries in case you forgot something, and a charging station and extra charges for all types of devices. The host graciously left a lovely welcoming note along with the fixings for smores. We managed to have a fire the last day we were there, but I would love to spend time here during slightly warmer weather in order to really take advantage of the front porch. This house was easy to find and yet it felt nice and secluded, and it was very quiet. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing this place with us!

Great stay

Jackie provided such a fabulous home for us to celebrate our mother's 75th birthday. We were continuously surprised by the special things she left for us, from the birthday cupcakes, balloon, and card to the smores supplies and ball for the dogs. The home was extremely clean and the rooms amazingly comfortable. The location was convenient to all the highlights of hocking hills and trails on the property added a bonus. 5 star host for sure. Couldn't have asked for more!

Wonderful

More than a cabin, this rental is a warm welcoming home. Peaceful and quiet, our four adults had plenty of room in this beautifully decorated home, with quality equipment in the kitchen. Communication with the owner is quick and easy. Jackie was very helpful (and understanding with my private matter). She is ready and willing to help with anything. Wish we could go back tomorrow!

Hocking Hills Weekend Getaway!

What a great place to stay with the family! The cabin was very comfortable and clean. Our host was great about communicating check in, attractions, check out process and was available for any questions we had. They also had a nice welcome basket for the kids, which I thought was a nice touch! We enjoyed a walk on the trails the first evening, finishing off with a nice fire and smores. The second day was a trip through the hills, which all the big caves and falls were only minutes away. We are already working on the plans for our next trip, and of course location is out first choice. Highly recommend!

Perfect mini-vacation

Everything about this house was perfect! The house was beautifully decorated and cleanliness was top-notch. It was well stocked and with everything you might need, and we even had a welcome basket with S'more supplies. The firepit was set up and ready to go. Trails behind the home were well marked and easy enough for a 3-year old to navigate. The owner communicated the week before our stay with information about the property as well as suggestions of things to do in the area. Most of the popular trails were within 15-20 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway location

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property! The house was clean and comfortable, with exactly the space we were hoping to have for a weekend of games and good food with friends. We especially enjoyed morning hikes on the private trails and evenings by the fire pit. The major Hocking Hills attractions are all close, but the property still feels secluded and off the beaten track. Jackie was an exceptional host! Her recommendations pointed us to a winery and restaurant we likely wouldn't have discovered on our own. She also went above in her communication and touches around the house to make sure we felt welcome at the house. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Gorgeous home on a beautiful lot!

We love coming to Hocking Hills and have stayed in several cabins and houses. This is by far the most comfortable and relaxing visit we have had. The front and back porch are covered which is perfect for rain and/or heat. The beds were extremely comfortable. The living room is so comfy too. We cooked all our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was very nice as well. They have a large water jug which was amazing!!! The fire pit and wood is soooooo nice! They have lots of extras that other vrbos don’t - chargers, blankets for the fire, chargers next to the bed, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I could go on and on. Incredibly gorgeous yard as well. I can’t recommend this place enough.
