Ola’s Place

Welcome to this cozy, rustic retreat surrounded by mature trees and peaceful countryside. This single-level home features warm wood paneling, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, inviting living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple bedrooms for a relaxing stay. Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the quiet surroundings.

Ola’s Place is located in a quiet, country setting with other homes nearby. The properties to the left of Ola’s are also part of the same property and include our other rental cabins. While there are other homes and cabins in the area, Ola’s still offers a peaceful place to relax and enjoy your stay.

Outside, enjoy the spacious yard, ample parking, and plenty of room to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or take in the evening sunsets. Whether you’re visiting with family, as a couple, or simply looking to unplug, this is a comfortable and nostalgic country getaway.

Shared Pond: The pond is located around the driveway toward the large black barn. There are two other properties along the pond, but all cabin guests are welcome to enjoy it. Feel free to fish, walk around the pond, explore the area, or use the kayaks located at the front of the pond. Please note that kayaks are shared and may be in use by other guests.

Grill & Firewood: A grill is provided, but propane is not. Guests may purchase their own propane locally. Previous guests occasionally leave tanks behind, but this cannot be guaranteed. Firewood is not provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own or purchase it locally.

Well Water: All of our cabins are located in a rural setting and use well water with filtration systems. The water may occasionally have a slight difference in taste, smell, or appearance compared to city water.

Guest Concerns & Maintenance

We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you notice a maintenance issue, cleanliness concern, missing item, or other problem with the property, please report it during your stay, preferably upon arrival or when the issue first occurs.

We can only address issues that are brought to our attention. Reporting a concern during your stay gives us the opportunity to inspect the issue and make reasonable efforts to correct it while you are still at the cabin.

Because we need the opportunity to address concerns during the stay, refund requests for issues that were not reported until after checkout may not be considered. When a concern is reported during the stay, we will make reasonable efforts to address it promptly and determine an appropriate solution.

For maintenance concerns, daytime hours are generally the best time for us to respond and arrange assistance, approximately 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Issues reported outside of these hours will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible.

If an issue significantly affects your stay, please report it before leaving the property. This allows us the opportunity to assess the situation and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
