The place was not very clean. The rugs were old and dirty, and the kitchen cabinets and drawers needed to be cleaned. It was just ok.

During your stay, our team offered to have our cleaners return to address the concerns, but we understand you preferred not to have them come back at that time. Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. Kitchen was fully equipped, lots of bath towel in each bathroom, plenty of room for 14 people and gorgeous views.

Vacation 2025

Our 2nd year staying here! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here this week! Tried out some new restaurants! We cooked breakfast every morning and also make snacks for the beach! We are beach bums so we spent majority of the trip on the beach! Can’t wait for the next trip!!!

Great location!! Great view! Easy access to the beach or pool

There was plenty of room for 14 adults we only had 11 people come the others backed on us. But we still had a great time!! If you go you should try Kenny Ds next door amazing food!! The Rockefeller oysters I highly recommend!! Pompano Joe’s is a great place as well! Wished we didn’t have to come home…

For a site that boasts you can have up to 12 guests, the parking situation leaves something to be desired. We had 11 guests on property, driving in from various places. We were only allotted 2 registered parking spots. This was untenable as we didn't have a way to park the extra cars. We were given a parking app to look for offsite/paid parking elsewhere on the island/city. Some of them were upwards of 75 per day, some said free. The free ones were for places like a local Walgreens. There was no way Walgreens was going to let us park on their property for 4 days for free. So, we felt the app was not supportive. We had to make significant accommodations for this travel challenge and were not provided a refund/financial refund for having to upend our plans. The space itself was large and fit our needs. The kitchen faucet was broken, the refrigerator took 2 days to cool our groceries. Communication on the main app with the hosts was slow, and repetitive. Most everything else was excellent. No issues.

Beachy weekend getaway for large group

13 of us slept and hung out comfortably in this 4 br condo, 9 adults and 4 kids. With such a large group we opted to dine in and cook meals. Between grilling by the pool and using the kitchen/dining room we all got to enjoy meals together. Beds were comfortable and views were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Minor cosmetic damages didn’t take way from the fun or functionality. Many or the basics and starters were provided. The beach umbrella service was a perfect addition and made our stay that much easier. Great location close to anything you need. Realjoy and the front office were all great and helpful with all that we needed. Thank you guys!

The 4 stars on room cleanliness was only because the floor rugs needed to be washed. There was a rug in the kitchen that was visibly dirty that needed laundered.The 3 stars for Host accessibility was due to the fact that we were not provided with any way to contact the Host or owner directly for questions. We got daily text messages from RealJoy to call or text with any questions, but text messages were not responded to - calling was better. We did not have enough washcloths for everyone in our party to shower once (room sleeps 14, our party was 10, we received about 6 washcloths in the whole unit, so we had to do laundry our first day and request for more to be delivered). With 4 family units meeting together for the vacay, we unfortunately were limited to only 2 parking spaces, and Leeward Key Parking forces you to pay for a full week regardless of the number of days of your stay. In addition, there was no way to "swap car" registrations if someone left early so that another party's car could park there in its place and out of offsite parking. If a condo houses 14 guests, it is not reasonable to have a 2-car parking limit.Bike racks would be a great added amenity so that we could bring our own bikes and have a place for them to be safely stored since no storage is allowed in any of the hallways (and elevators to the 12th floor are not ideal for bikes).Those were the only "complaints" - our stay was fun and enjoyable! Great beach access. Kenny D's next door was yum!
