Thank you so much for providing such detailed feedback. We are thrilled that you seemed to really enjoy the home and the amenities. The sprinklers intentionally go off for about 15 minutes during the day to avoid any noise waking up guests at night, in addition to the lounge chairs shown in the photos on the listing there are 10 additional chairs in the garage that can be brought out to enjoy. Regarding the inflatable toys, this is not something that we provide and were left by the guest prior to your stay and have since been removed. It was a pleasure to host you and your family and we hope that you made some lasting memories together!

We strive to make every guest happy and have an exceptional experience. All of our homes rated the highest amongst all others on the Big Island. As you can see from the prior to this guest and after, the home is well equipped and we have an extremely attentive team. Our professional team went through the home at various times when the guests called and no one could detect any smell. We do all that we can to assist our guests but we cannot improve something that we cannot detect.
