Location. Accommodation. Communication. We were in Reno for our daughter's wedding. The house is located perfectly for getting around Reno easily. The house itself is comfortable and well appointed in a great quiet neighborhood. I cannot say enough about the level of communication with the host. Outstanding!

Property was clean and pet friendly. Couch, beds, and plentiful of pillows were really comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Host communication was superb. Highly recommmended and would definitely stay here again!!!

The house was mostly clean on arrival. We were pleased with the location, despite the construction in the area. Overall it is a good property and we would stay there again when visiting Reno.

Great house

Extremely clean, easy check in process and host communicated well. In a good location with a quiet neighborhood and not too far from amenities in town. Would definitely stay again.

Great Host and Place

What impressed me the most about this place is the communication with the host. I have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, and this place by far had the greatest line of communication. The home is nice and cozy. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Beautiful Home

This house was centrally located which was fantastic. Anywhere we went it took us about 15 min. Super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Communication was great with Michael and he even gave us an early check-in which is a bonus. Loved all the little touches to make our stay great. Thanks again and we would definitely stay here again!

Feels like home

Super comfortable home, with plenty of extra blankets for lounging. Bedding was perfect. Kitcen was very well equipped. Michael was very responsive and welcoming of communication. I look forward to staying here again!

Pyramid Fishing

We came to Reno to fish and just chill. We ended up getting over a foot of snow in the time we stayed and just hunkered down at the house and perfected our pinochle game. The host was so kind to let us stay past the checkout time as our flights were delayed until the evening. With all the snow there really wasn't anything else to do. Grateful for Netflix! We offered to wash sheets and towels to help the cleaning crew and shoveled the driveway. Not the weekend we were hoping for but made the most out of it! Thank you to the host who was so generous!

A group of 5 adults stayed here while bowling the USBC Open. It met our needs, though there wasn't anything that made it particularly stand out. We booked it for less than the casino rates, and having easy access to our car was a plus. The drive to the stadium was 15 mins, with grocery stores and restaurants along the way. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and homey.A few things lowered my rating:- There was a noticeable pet odor when we arrived. We're pet owners, so we eventually stopped noticing it, but it wasn't the best first impression.- The keypad lock was unreliable. The owner replaced it during our stay and provided a physical key while it was being fixed, which we appreciated.- There isn't a lock on the door between the garage and the house, which would have added some peace of mind.- Many essentials are provided but several felt like inexpensive substitutes. Everything worked, just don't expect premium supplies.AT&T accidentally hit a water line during fiber install, leaving us without water for several hrs. While the crew worked into the evening to restore service, we still bought bottled water and acted as the intermediary between the owner and the crew. While the owner couldn't prevent the outage, no compensation or goodwill discount was offered for the hassle.Overall, it was an adequate stay that met our needs, but the experience didn't leave us feeling eager to return. We'd consider it again only if it remained one of the most affordable options.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed by this review because we made every effort to address the concerns brought to our attention and provide your group with a comfortable stay. The pet odor was never reported during the reservation. Had we known, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to inspect and resolve it. When the keypad became unreliable, we promptly provided a physical key and ordered and installed a brand-new lock during your stay so your group maintained access. The garage itself is secured, but we appreciate the suggestion regarding an additional lock on the interior door. The water outage was caused by AT&T accidentally damaging a water line while installing fiber. This was entirely outside our control. We stayed involved while their crew restored service, and AT&T directly reimbursed your group a significant amount for the inconvenience. Given that the responsible company provided compensation, we were surprised that additional compensation was expected from us as well. The home was fully stocked with functional essentials as advertised. While preferences regarding specific brands may vary, we continually evaluate feedback and make improvements where appropriate. We are glad the home met your group’s needs, offered a safe and quiet location, convenient parking, and a more affordable option during the USBC Open. We truly worked hard to support your stay and are sorry those efforts were not reflected more positively.

Great Place!!!

We are so glad we chose this property for our Reno stay! Photos are accurate - it's lovely - a somewhat older home, but with extremely tasteful/upscale upgrades throughout. It's not an overly large 3 bedroom, but has a very spacious feel. The kitchen is compact, but has a pantry & cupboards, well-stocked with nice dishes & cookware, but also with some empty shelf-space for guests' items. The bedrooms offered above-average storage-space & comfy beds. In short, it's a very well appointed home - GREAT attention has been taken to make it guest-functional, unlike some properties that appear to be someone's over-stuffed second home, where guests' needs are an afterthought. Front door access & the thermostat were both user friendly - praise God! Host Michael is terrific - prompt, attentive, kind and very helpful! We enjoyed walking our dogs around the neighborhood (not posh, but felt safe) & trails, and relaxing around the freestanding fire pit. There is no patio cover, but the house itself provided ample shade most of the day. The backyard isn't overly large, but is fully fenced - a big hit with our dogs. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Location was great - near the hills, out of the downtown hustle-n-bustle, yet an easy drive to all our destinations. We look forward to returning next year!
