A backyard oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind with the whole family, or just a few friends. With large trees to provide the right amount of shade and privacy, along with a variety of plants, it is a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The patio area is perfect for entertaining, with plenty of seating for guests, as well as large connect four or bag toss games to pass the time. No backyard oasis is complete without a large heated salt water pool! A barbecue area is the perfect spot for gilling up some delicious food. With all these features, this backyard oasis is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a place to relax, entertain and create wonderful memories with family and friends. This homes proximity to Bradenton's famous beaches (Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, Cortez Beach to name a few) are a short 8 mile drive lined with shops, galleries and eateries. What a great property! The house was clean and had everything you needed without being cluttered. The best part was the pool area. Quiet, private and a wonderful place to relax!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at in Florida. The owners were prompt in communication and truly care about their guests! They went above & beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The pictures are accurate & the kitchen has every kind of appliance/cookware you could ever need or want! The pool and pool heater are amazing - the back patio is fully screened and huge so the entire family can relax, play games, and enjoy a meal poolside. There are toys for the pool and beach and loads of beach chairs and beach umbrellas. They really thought of everything! The best part is how much the owners care about their guests! We will be back!

This home was absolutely amazing! Its so beautiful and relaxing. The pool is incredible. We had so much fun! Highly recommended staying here!! If i ever go back to this area, I will be staying here again!!!

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing time at this home. It was not to far from all the beaches and activities. The owners fixed any problems I had right away. The back yard was BEAUTIFUL! If you get the chance you should check out this Amazing gem close to Anna Maria Islands!

The cleanest house we ever stayed in!

The house was so cozy, had everything we needed and more. The Beds were comfortable and the outside furniture and pool were amazing! We would not hesitate to rent here again!

Very easy check in process. Home was clean. The outdoor space is amazing and private. We would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

Amazing family vacation

My family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 9, had an absolutely wonderful week long vacation here! The property was clean, beautiful, comfortable and adorably decorated. The beds were comfortable, the pool was incredible and it was conveniently located for our needs. We are from Pennsylvania and took a chance on staying here and we are so glad we did! I highly recommend this house! We loved going to the beaches, visiting downtown and swimming and relaxing at the house! Great great stay!

Perfect getaway!

We did a 4-night family trip here, and this was the PERFECT place for us to stay on our first trip with our baby. The pool was fabulous, and having the flexibility to use it while she napped right inside with a monitor was a huge plus for us. Everything was exactly as pictured and gorgeous. And the location was quick and convenient to great dining and beach options. We would definitely return!

Very nice and highly recommend!

Very nice home in a nice quiet development. Great area to walk each morning and the back yard and pool area are wonderful to watch the birds and squirrels and enjoy the beautiful array of plants around the pool. Too cool for us to use the pool this time, but it is beautiful! Beds were super comfy and the shower pressure great!

Great home!

Loved it all! Comfortable beds. We totally enjoyed our stay and outside pool and seating wonderful. Especially want to give a shout out to cleaning staff for their honesty. Left something behind and the have saved it for a safe return!!! Thank you to our hosts and their staff.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and everything we needed was readily available. Brandon and Brittany were very responsive and made sure we were all settled. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful pool and exploring great local restaurants in downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay!

Pre-Holiday Getaway at IMG

We stayed the week before Christmas to attend a showcase at IMG. The property was perfectly sized for my family of 5, the pool was a lovely winter treat, and everything was exactly as it said it would be.We were close to IMG, Anna Maria, and had fun exploring Bradenton! Brandon was an exceptional host, quick to respond with any question we had. Cannot recommend enough!

Home away from home

This property was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of six. The pool was the perfect place to cool off. The beds were comfortable and the home had every thing we needed. While it might be fun to stay on the beach you gain peace, quiet, and elbow room here. A+++

Incredible spring holiday getaway!

What a wonderful place to stay in Bradenton! Our family of four (2 boys - age 8 & 11) had an amazing time swimming and hanging out by the pool as well as exploring the nearby beaches. The house was immaculate and the outdoor spaces were incredibly comfortable. It was nice to have options outside in the shade, sun, under cover, and of course, in the pool. The beach wasn't too far, although the holiday weekend made for some expected traffic. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm. The owners were very kind and responsive with questions - their communication exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this property for a restful getaway!

We chose this neighborhood due to the proximity to all the hot spots in Bradenton. The neighborhood is an older established area with large trees and friendly neighbors. This home is a short 8 mile drive to all the fun beaches as well as a few miles from different Marina's and fun night life spots.
