Stay close to New Haven’s best-known landmarks in this bright, pet-friendly one-bedroom apartment in the Science Park area. Yale University, Downtown New Haven, the Shubert Theatre, local cafés, restaurants, and cultural attractions are all nearby.

The apartment features a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, dedicated workspace, smart TV, and private bathroom. Free on-site parking and self check-in are included.

Sleeping Arrangements

- Bedroom: Queen bed with a 12-inch mattress and 100% cotton linens
- Living room: Sofa bed

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and spacious front porch.

One dedicated parking space is provided in the rear lot. Please drive slowly when entering, as the driveway is narrow.

A washer and dryer are available in the basement upon request. Message us during your stay for access instructions.

Our team is available throughout your stay if you need anything. Simply send us a message through the booking platform, and we`ll be happy to help.

Please note the following before booking:

- One dedicated on-site parking space is included with your stay

- Pets up to 50 lbs are welcome. Pets must be added to the reservation before arrival, and we ask that you let us know the breed

- Early check-in at 2:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM are available for 50 USD, subject to availability

- Mailbox access is not available. If you plan to receive packages during your stay, please schedule deliveries accordingly

- Parties and events are not permitted

- Before arrival, all guests must complete our online check-in, including uploading a valid government-issued ID, submitting a selfie for verification, and signing the rental agreement
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Self check-in with smart lock
- Upon arrival, you may park in the rear lot using the driveway, but please use the front door to enter and exit
- Always lock the door when you leave
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- No unregistered guests
- Dogs up to 50 lbs must be approved before arrival
- Dogs cannot be left unattended in the apartment
- Dogs are not allowed on the beds
- Please leave used towels on the floor before check-out
- Double-check that all windows are closed

Clean and convenient

The property had everything needed and was a short distance to so many campus sites. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to stay in New Haven!

The property was great. Clean and comfortable! Great communication from the owner. Its not the entire house as there was someone staying upstairs. Otherwise the experience was great!

Close to the action and very attentive hosts

Stay was great. You are within a longish walk or very short drive of all the good stuff in and around New Haven. We had a little mix up with the bedding left by the laundry service but hosts fixed it right away. Unique unit with some fun character. Would stay there again.

Very cozy house accessible to the main campus at Yale. Literally turn the corner and walk straight into campus. Updated bathroom and kitchen. Very good wifi with access to streaming services on the television. Secure and private parking in the back of the house.

Unpleasant from start to finish

Property is not a single family home; “off street parking” was a nightmare; entrance to other parts of multi family home was not blocked off for privacy; impossible to control heat (ac blasting all night no matter what we did w thermostat) and we had to leave suddenly due to a medical emergency and host was unsympathetic to say the least. I would not ever recommend this property despite the lovely woodwork inside

Our listing clearly specifies that this is a multi-family home, and we are transparent about the nature of the property, including the parking situation and shared spaces. The thermostat is fully functional, and assistance was available to address any concerns during your stay had you reached out. Privacy for our guests is a priority, and the areas designated for guest use are separate as described in the listing. Regarding your sudden departure, we sympathize with your medical emergency; however, our cancellation policies are in place to ensure fairness to all guests. We advised you to contact your travel insurance provider, as they are best equipped to handle such situations. Additionally, it’s important to note that our rules and guidelines are in place to protect all parties involved. Your actions and disregard for our policies make it difficult for us to recommend you to other hosts.

On both nights of our stay we dealt with loud noises from the apartment above going past 1:30 AM. This was unsettling and prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. While the pictures online are accurate as regards the interior – it was clean and updated - they don’t illustrate the unfortunate exterior environment. The “off street parking” is a communal dirt area behind two houses with potholes and a very narrow driveway connecting it to the road. If you have a minivan or a larger car, you may want to think twice, as it is a really tight squeeze to get back there. We were greeted by a torn-up bag of garbage right next to the house as we walked from the parking area to the front door. Despite notifying the host, it remained there for the duration of our stay. Upon arriving at the rental, you see that it is across the street from an abandoned warehouse/factory. It does look like it is being renovated further down the street, so hopefully it will transform sometime soon.

Our home is part of a vibrant, lived-in neighborhood and while it offers the comforts of a private residence—like full kitchens, laundry, and off-street parking—it may not provide the same controlled environment as a hotel with 24-hour staff or soundproofing. As for the parking and surroundings, we do our best to describe everything accurately in the listing, and many guests appreciate the convenience and value of our space. That said, if you're seeking a highly curated or serviced stay, a hotel may be a better fit for your future travel needs. We genuinely appreciate you staying with us and wish you all the best in your travels ahead.
