SeaSpray 124 is an absolutely beautiful and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanside condo in the Sea Spray Condominium Complex in Atlantic Beach. The decor and proximity to the beautiful crystal waters will undoubtedly leave you wanting more.
Amenities: High-Speed Wireless Internet; 3 Smart TVs; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher. Private Outdoor Deck with Furniture.
Total bedding includes 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin.
Bedroom #1 includes a king bed, a smart TV, deck access, and a private bath.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, a twin bed, a smart TV, and a shared bath that is also accessible from the living and dining common areas.

Note: Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. In 2025 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance Year Round. In 2026 Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
