Thanks for the feedback—we’re glad the home met your needs overall! Pool heat is an optional amenity, which is why it’s not built into the nightly rate. We list it separately so guests who don’t need it aren’t paying for it. That said, we disclosed said fee in our listing description to properly set guest's expectations. Additionally, it is not accurate to say that we do not have a contact in Palm Springs; we have a dedicated team based there to assist our guests.
