The house was spacious and very nicely decorated! The pool water stayed pretty chilly but we expected that in December and the kids didn't mind. They very much enjoyed the hot tub and the dock. Ideas for improvement for future travelers would include a deep cleaning for the kitchen and floors, and perhaps a fresh layer of paint indoors, but overall beautiful property and we are grateful to have gotten to use it.

Gorgeous property! Lots of fish in the canal. Lizards and crabs running around the dock entertained the kids. My teenage daughter loved having her own separate "apartment" space downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked. Silverware was a little hard to find, in a drawer within a drawer. And better lighting on the dock for night fishing would be amazing. But overall, would definitely stay again! Close to great food and beautiful beaches a close drive.

This was an amazing home. Very comfortable and very well maintained. The house was just as describe. The out door space is great to gather on. This is a must stay again. Ocean Pearl for the win!

We absolutely loved our stay at ocean pearl. The owners are so nice and quick to respond. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed (and more). The check in process was easy to understand. We cooked dinner each night. The kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We brought our boat. The ramp was close with a short drive to get the boat to the house. They also gave us recommendations on dining and play for our small kids. We hope to come back to ocean petal next year.

A Truly Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our recent stay at, “The Ocean Pearl” was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations! As a family of 10 with young children/pre-teen/dog, finding a rental that caters to everyone can be a challenge, but this property delivered on every front.From the moment we booked, the communication with the owner was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. They provided all the necessary information, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly, even with last-minute request. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the home was. It felt welcoming and comfortable, truly a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for preparing family meals, and the patio with its dual swings and dining table provided the perfect spots for relaxation and fun.What truly set this rental apart was the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and the incredible views from every window. It's clear the owners have put a lot of care into making their guests feel special.We highly recommend, “The Ocean Pearl” to any family looking for a memorable and comfortable vacation. We are already dreaming of our next visit!

Great house!

Was exactly as pictured and very well stocked. Stayed here for a work trip with other coworkers and we were all very comfortable. The hot tub was nice and the backyard was a hit.

Beautiful home in fantastic location

The pictures are very accurate, the home was spacious and the fenced in yard allowed are to roam freely with no worries.Location was perfect for eating out at wonderful restaurants, Sarasota and St Petersburg were only 30 minutes away. A bonus was Snead Island great for nature walks 5 minutes away.

WONDERFUL VACATION at Ocean Pearl

We had an amazing stay at the Ocean Pearl!! The house was perfect for our family.....super clean, fully stocked kitchen (although we used the outside grill numerous times for fresh fish)!! The beds are incredibly comfy for a great night rest!! The canal views are gorgeous- we took the kayaks out a few times and loved sitting on the swings on the porch where we sat listening to the fish jump and soaking up the views! The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighbors are so friendly! My in-laws took long walks daily down to Snead Island and the marina. We enjoyed the spa/pool/ fireplace on patio. Keriann is the BEST with communication and giving us suggestions for restaurants, etc (Detweilers was a huge hit for our family)! Overall, an amazing stay with wonderful memories made and we will look forward to returning when we can!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We escaped New England for a dose of sunshine at the Ocean Pearl and we throughly enjoyed the property. It was just the two of us but the house and outdoor living areas are situated so that kids, adults have space to stretch out. Likes include two outdoor sitting areas by the dock and pool, screened in porch with dining and two sofa swings (perfect for napping), heated pool/spa, short drive to Bradenton for the farmers market on Saturday and plenty of nightlife options. The icing on the cake was the Palmetto city tennis/pickleball courts within walking distance. Kerriann is an excellent communicator!

A great family vacation

Our 5 person family had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and plenty of room for our party. The views, pools, spa, and kayaks were our favorite!

Wonderful!

The pictures of the ocean pearl are just as they look in person. The house is amazing with plenty of room for us to all stay while we were there on a lacrosse tournament trip. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily by the kids, and the porch swings, lounge chairs, and firepit were equally enjoyed by the parents. The house is stocked with everything one could possibly need which makes for a less stressful stay. The icing on the cake was the dolphin family showing off their sweet swimming skills in the back inlet. It was truly a magical sight and one that I will never forget, given how close they swam to the dock where we were standing. Fingers crossed that the lax tournament is held at the exact location next year so that we can stay again!

Lovely stay

Beautiful home, the host reaches out immediately, we had issues with the hottub and the firepit. But she reaponded immediately. Lovely stay will be staying ahaim annually.

Great place to stay

This house was very nice with many great features. The 4th bedroom is on the ground level by the pool, has its own bathroom and is very private. It was perfect for me to sleep in a little longer than the ones with younger kids. Even when the kids got up earlier and were enjoying the pool, it was very quiet. 30 minutes in any direction you have tons to do and see. Very nice place.

2nd time here

This was our second time staying here. The house as usual was immaculate. Host went above and beyond for us while we were there. They communicate so well and answered any questions we had. House is close to Tampa bay so a great place to bring a boat with you. Already planning a 3rd visit!

Fabulous property

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at the Ocean Pearl! The house was perfectly clean, tastefully and comfortably decorated, and was well stocked with everything we needed. There are multiple outdoor areas for gathering, and the pool and hot tub were the main attraction for our group! Our host was so helpful and responsive, i highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

This is a well appointed property with everything you would need! We appreciated how quiet and peaceful it is to spend a day poolside. One morning we watched a pod of dolphins jump by the water along the house and we quickly went in the water to paddleboard along them. Hosts were very responsive to any minor issues we had.
