We really enjoyed our stay! The short walk to the beach with young kids was super easy. It’s also right beside the restaurants and shops and was so nice to be able to walk around. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need for meals in. It’s a pretty large house. We had 9 in our party and there was a lot of space! We’d love to stay here again!

The layout of the house was great, with a smaller kitchen downstairs we used as a break area and the larger kitchen upstairs with plenty of room for everyone.The entertainment area with the cooking area, turf yard, and of course the swimming pool - it was hard to keep the kids out of that area. This was really unique.One item that can really make or break a vacation that you normally don't think about is the quality of the water pressure and hot water when everyone is trying to get ready at same time; the pressure always stayed strong and never ran out of hot water - this is also unique and rare.The beach was great and is about a 10 minutes walk.Not sure if we will be going back to Cocoa Beach; but if we do, we will definitely stay here again

The host was very accommodating and responsive. It’s a wonderful property to have two families come together for a trip, we very much enjoyed it. A short walk to the beach and fun backyard to hang out in. We were able to watch a rocket launch from the beach and the 4th of July drone show from the upper deck, which were amazing. There are also some great restaurants just a short walk away.Unfortunately, there were many items broken that ultimately created disappointment and thus 4 out of 5 stars. Almost all of the beach items were broken, ping pong net (no ping pong balls), multiple game room items broken, dishwasher drawer, and oven that had a strong gas smell. Both families were disappointed with this part. Plus, the sheets on two beds had stains and a few hairs in them. The host did their best to make things right and had new clean sheets sent and changed for us, so they made it right. Ultimately, we all had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the trip.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS HOUSE. Literally one of the nicest houses I’ve ever rented or booked. The pics don’t do that house justice, it is so carefully designed, super clean, and there was a lot to do to keep people occupied. The pool was nice and heated, the AC was controllable, the beds were comfy me and my friends really enjoyed our little staycation and the host communicated so well. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Fantastic home just steps from the beach! Excellent location, clean house and a super fun back yard. We had a party of 14 including young children and everyone had adequate accommodations. We loved grilling outdoors and playing in the game room. Host was super responsive. 5 stars all the way!

Fun Spring Break Getaway

This property provided lots of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the game room and ping pong table. The pool and outdoor space was amazing.

Modern and cozy

Beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. My wife booked this property thinking it was on the beach but after a trip it took only minutes before we were playing on the sand. House was in great condition and the owners responded in a timely manner to and questions that we had. We look forward to coming to stay again next winter.

Family Stay

Fabulous Home for a Family Gathering

We had a fabulous family get together and this accommodation made it all the more special. Spacious house with room for all 11 of us! All the comforts of home and then some! We loved the location, backyard, container pool, game room, 2 kitchens and so much room to get comfortable and enjoy spending time together. Check-in was easy and we experienced great communication with the Host, who was always punctual. Highly recommend this property!

Softball Spring Training Stay

Our high school girls softball team traveled to Florida for spring training for the week and we use the VRBO for several parents to stay. Wonderful location and proximity to the beach with so much space to spread out for everyone. Host was amazing and so prompt to communicate with. House was full of amazing amenities, including two kitchens, two laundry rooms, a fabulous outdoor kitchen, pool and toys for the beach.

Great outdoor space!

Overall had a great time at this property! The outdoor space was exceptional with a huge well-kept outdoor kitchen and the green space was great for yard games. The pool is a great size for younger kids to play in or for adults to just sit and relax in. We had some questions about the pool during our stay and the owner was incredibly responsive. My only feedback was that the first floor had a mildew smell when we first arrived. It dissipated after the first day so not a dealbreaker by any means.
