Fun at Puerto Aventuras

It was a great vacation. The whole family had an amazing time. The house provided everything we needed. Each room had enough space. Great kitchen and dining space. The pool was our place to be every day and every night. Thanks to Valerie. She was great in communicating with us every step of the way!!We will come back again!!

Great space for a Cenote trip

The location was ideal for our trip, the house was comfortable with everything we needed, from a complete kitchen, swimming pool to a laundry room. All rooms had AC, fans and screened doors, so you can choose the best cooling option. Minutes away from Chedraui (grocery store) and the downtown/city center of the gated community.

Beautiful house, but could use refreshing.

The overall property was great, but distance to the beach was further than expected, and the beach was limited in appeal compared to our first rental in Playa de Carman.

Awesome week.

We just spent an awesome week at this property. Everything is as the photos show.Pool: Warm enough for kids and adults to enjoy. There is always a part of the pool in the shade and sun which was nice because you could stay in the pool and avoid direct sun. There is a yard maitenence worker who comes daily and his duties include cleaning the pool and adding water/testing the water. The pool has a large shallow shelf which was perfect for the youngest in our group, as well as for us adults to relax!Beach: Beach was a quick golf cart ride away. If walking it maybe took 8min total. The entrance was along the side of the beach club. Interior: The inside of the house is exactly as the photos show. Each bedroom was large. We did not use the showers in two of the bedrooms upstairs so cant comment on that. Each bedroom has a patio, it is locked with a stick in the door, however we brought door alarms purchased on amazon which was a second sense of security.There was extra bedding available for the futons as well(we did not use). The bathroom shower in the downstairs bedroom does splash out into the bathroom area, this however did not ruin our stay, just something to. Kitchen has everything you need even an air fryer. Air conditioning is top notch. We were actually cold at times.Community: We loved the community and felt safe walking everywhere. We walked across the hwy to Chedraui and felt safe as well. Ate at many restaruants in the marina. Property manager was awesome.

Patrick was very easy to contact and quick to reply to our questions. There was a local host who lives in the gated community and she was great. She answered every question we had and gave lots of tips for restaurants, local transportation and other things we were looking for.

Ha sido una maravillosa experiencia nuestra estancia en esta casa. Casa amplia, acogedora, camas muy grandes y cómodas. Perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario. La piscina y exteriores son preciosos. El servicio muy atento. Solucionan con rapidez cualquier incidencia. Un lujo.

Puerto Aventuras is the gem of the Caribbean Riviera Maya. A picture-perfect gated community nestled in the jungle along one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Numerous sea activities available next to the house (snorkeling, paddle boarding, surfing, deep-sea fishing, boating, kite surfing to name a few). Or choose from numerous land-based activities: golfing (18 hole, par 3, driving range), pickle ball courts, tennis courts, skateboard park, outdoor basketball court, walking. All of these are within walking distance of the house. Or you can rent a golf cart like all the other residents! Or leave the community and visit the numerous beautiful cenotes, Tulum (35 min), Playa del Carmen (15 min), Siaan Kaan biosphere and all the beauty of this area!
