Spacious and comfortable cottage in very desirable location. Near the Niantic Boardwalk, beaches, and the Niantic Children's Museum! Unique corner lot with stone wall, private yard with a deck and coi pond. Patio furniture available, charcoal grill and plenty of parking space to enjoy a picnic with family. Walking distance to CVS, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. A 3-minute drive to the nearest beach. Also, minutes away from Foxwoods & Mohegan casinos, and nearby indoor go-karting and trampoline place. A few fishing charters are available in the area. There's Oswegatchie Hills nature trail at a walking distance if you like to get fresh air and enjoy nature. It's a great area close to many recreational areas, restaurants and shops!

This tiny luxury home has everything you need for a peaceful home away from home experience. Communication with John was awesome as he answered all of my questions on the spot. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our host was wonderful! Super quick to answer questions! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and located close to town for all the necessities. Very close to a Costco as well! The beaches were beautiful and so were the fall colors!
Fun little visitors in the front yard!
Be sure to go visit the belugas at Mystic Aquarium!
And check out the cider mill!

So homey (extended stay) & beautiful location!

This was the perfect place for our extended stay of 10 days! We had everything we needed on the property, and more, and anything else like groceries/restaurants/ocean views was so close by! Hector is a wonderful host, would absolutely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this Niantic, CT home over the long holiday weekend. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable (family of 5), and well-equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent and very prompt. Good location: just a short walk to town, making it easy to enjoy local shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family stay near the beach.

House was well equipped to host a multi-generational family. Plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. The house was incredibly clean and immaculate. Good location and would stay again.

Very nice place as promised. The main bedroomCould use a chest of drawers and the back door could use a curtain, etc for privacy but we really enjoyed the property and would consider it as lodging in the future.

The house was very comfortable and convenient to our planned activities. The only thing I would mention, which some may find important, is there is no dishwasher. With only 2 people on our stay, it was not an issue for us. Hector was wonderful with communication!

Beautiful beach house

This beach house was beyond our expectation. It was so nicely decorated so comfortable most enjoyable beach house. They provided so many things that just make our stay relaxing. The area is just beautiful. Ocean is just a couple blocks away so many Quaint, Shoppes, and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Get-away

The hosts really thought of alot of details and went the extra mile. The cottage was very clean, great location pretty central to highways and beaches as well as several things to do within walking distance. We cannot wait to stay here again! Thanks H and E.

Clean and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hector was an amazing host with wonderful communication. The house was incredibly clean and the fish pond outside was a hit for the kids. I walked to the board way daily on sidewalks and enjoyed the beach. There were so many wonderful restaurants within mins as well. Our rooms were very comfortable.

Great House

The house was very clean and up to date. The location is walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, the boardwalk and even a small beach. We opted to drive less then 10 minutes to go to a bigger beach - it was still very close with easy parking. Niantic is a cute coastal town. We definitely recommend it!

beautiful house

We enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was the perfect setup for my family. The property was pristine and everything that we needed was available in the kitchen. I liked the flood lights on the property. It made us feel safe and made it easy for us to enter/leave.

Awesome house and location

We needed to stay in Connecticut for a week while dropping our son off to college— this house was a gem! Clean, comfy, walked down to dinner every night (12 minute walk to restaurants and pubs). All kinds of extras that made it like home, more than just S&P in the kitchen— laundry detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry room, toothpaste and bandaids in the bathroom, etc. We didn’t need/use most of it but so nice to have it. This was definitely the best VRBO we have stayed at!

Everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation

Close to the Main Street, in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Hole in the Wall Beach (unless you have a lot to carry - then you’ll want to drive and park) and Niantic Boardwalk. Short drive to Rocky Neck State Park. Everything needed was provided, even fire wood for the outdoor fire pit, which we enjoyed often. Charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. Badminton net set up in the yard. Small desk in the main bedroom, so plan to hang most of your clothes! I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Recommendations

Great re do, inside and out. Noise from cars on Pennsylvania Ave. bothersome at night in bedroom. Would recommend ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lamps in living room and bedrooms as opposed to pull chain overheads.

CT Shore vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation at the CT Shore. Niantic is a cute, sleepy little town with some lovely shops and restaurants. Great central location on the coast for our excursions to Black Point Beach, Mystic, and paddleboarding on the river. The house was as expected from the pictures and description. Plenty of space, nothing fancy, but all the basics are included and it was very clean. There is not much directly around the house. It's in a residential area and a long walk into the town, which we didn't attempt because it was very hot and humid while we were there! Communication with Hector was great, he is very responsive and a good host. We definitely recommend this option for a house along the CT shore!

We had a lovely stay during USCGA parent weekend. It was about 15 min from Academy. The home was well stocked and allowed us to cook, doLaundry, and have some space. We especially liked the fire pit outside. Hector was very quick toReply back with any answers to questions we had. The home was incredibly clean! We look forward to booking again.
