The home was very cute and welcoming. Linens were very clean and comfortable. Excellent supply of towels for every room. One thing to note is that the beds are on the firm side, so keep that in mind if you are a squishy bed person. Super easy to check in. Only 20 minutes from Mohegan and about 5 minutes from prime Ninatic dining and shopping. We would definitely stay again!

This house suited our needs for a place to stay while attending a nearby family reunion. Communication and check in were great and the house is very comfortable (very nice mattresses, sheets, pillows).

This place is nice and cozy. I would recommend staying. Just 1 thing The tv’s are programmed. Couldn’t upload any apps. Other than that it’s not bad

Pros: communication with property owner was very good and check-in process was easy; location of cottage was convenient to I95 and just a few minutes from Rocky Neck State Park and beach. Comfortable furniture and mattresses, quiet neighborhood.Cons: no top sheets for the beds; no dressers or chests of drawers in the bedrooms; very low water pressure in master bath shower and loose fixtures; yard and decks littered with dead leaves and debris from the trees, same with deck furniture and cushions. Outdoor spaces need attention, including the soiled American flag in the front.

We also appreciate you noting the comfortable furniture and quiet setting. We take your feedback seriously and want to apologize for the issues you encountered. We're already working to fix the low water pressure and secure the loose fixtures in the master bath. We're also addressing the lack of dressers and will make sure our linens are complete with top sheets going forward. Regarding the outdoor spaces, we’re sorry they weren't up to standard. Our team is scheduled for a full yard and deck cleanup to remove the leaves and debris. Thank you for making us aware of the flag—we will replace it immediately. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future to show you the high standard of quality we strive for.

The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired.There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably.As a final first impression, shortly after we arrived a neighbor stopped by to ask that we notify the owner about garbage left behind by the previous guests that had attracted animals.Despite these issues, the property itself has a lot of potential and could be an excellent rental with a little more attention to maintenance and readiness.

This house was the perfect destination for our summer vacation to Niantic and the Connecticut shore. Our family has been camping at nearby Rocky Neck State Park for the past 40 years. The close location of this home was exactly what we needed while vacationing for the first time with our newborn. This was also the very first time we used the VRBO app. This entire process exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, efficient, and we felt very safe having our newborn there for five days. We can’t think the management team enough, who was always quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for helping make our vacation such a memorable and enjoyable one.
