Gulfgate 304 - Beach Front 2 Bedroom - 2 bath condo at Gulfgate Condominiums. The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most spacious and beach-accessible in Panama City Beach! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the sand. Gulfgate is located Breach - Ocean Front on Surf Drive. Gulfgate is one of Panama City Beach's unique low rise condominiums.

Gulfgate 304 is perfect for families! There is a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony provides you a million dollar view of the Gulf and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer! With in two miles, are restaurants, shopping, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! Great room unfortunately we had to unforseen problems

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo, but unfortunately experienced some unforeseen problem happen the day we arrived. We still were able to check in, but had to experience having blowers and a dehumidifier in our condo because of a leak. We checked in Saturday and the blowers/dehumidifiers were in our room till Wednesday. We had people in our room Saturday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We understand things happen but we paid a lot of money for our stay and unfortunately didn’t feel we were compensated for anything. We asks the front office if there was anything they could do they said they would call the manger then told us we should asks the owners ourselves since they were staying there. We fault like that shouldn’t have been asked of us and they should have handled that for us. It was a shame.

A Good stay at Gulfgate 304

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was ideally located on the beach front with easy access to the water. Property mgmt was receptive and attentive. Generally the property and condos were dated but in good condition. Condo 304 was spacious, clean and equipped. Master bedroom was consistently 10+ degrees warmer than rest of condo so I recommend bringing a portable fan to blow cool air into MBR. Although the bed was comfortable, it should be equipped with a step stool (or bring one)because it is about 6 inches higher than average bed height. The outside balcony was a highlight and we spent much time on it but the sliding glass door threshold is a severe tripping issue and should be identified with basic warning tape. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our 3rd time staying here. The places are OK. Great location on the beach, but the building definitely has some age to it. Every master bedroom we have stayed in, does not get below 78 degrees no matter how cold you turn the AC. Either there is an issue with the windows letting heat in or there is not enough vents for the master. All 3 rooms we have stayed in the past 3 years all have this issue. Not sure if it is an HVAC problem. Overall the place was decently cleaned. You will see dust on the vents etc but the floors, toilets showers were all clean

The Condo-#304- Very clean, nice setup....only negative- the Master Bedroom even though the Furnace is in closet in Master, is consistently 5-7 degrees hotter than living room- if we hadn’t brought our own fans it would have been impossible to sleep...

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we stay here at gulfgate now because we love the different choices you can make on any room..however this room 304..when we got here i always look for a good cleaning because we pay for cleaning..but this time the cleaning was not good.coffee grounds left in the coffee pot had mold in it..gross. so i had to clean it..next the air conditioner would not work good. so i had to clean the inside grills on door and was full of dust..air still was not cool could have used some type of cleaning did not smell good..also , the dishes in the cabinet were dirty had to wash some of them..the master bed was so high i could not get on it..had to get a chair to get on the bed..also,,when you raised the blind there were fingerprints on the glass..nasty.also, 3 tv's but everyone had a different channel on them..one remote had one battery in it..for the money i spent i would think this place would be perfectly clean..but not so.

Beautiful Condo

The temp was 80 degrees in the condo most of the time - especially at night.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a disaster!!!! Our room had a water leak at the window from the rain. It rained everyday we were there. It had been leaking for awhile because the room smelled like mold!!! I called the front desk asking for another room but was told none were available. The only thing I was offered were towels for the massive water leak. I tried to get a discount and or another vacation date at a later time BUT was told someone would call me about that. Till this day I’ve made numerous calls to Gulf Gate about this problem and are still being told the same thing. I still have not received a call or compensation. Very very disappointed.
