The space
Farmhouse setting on the edge of the property. Limit occupancy to 6 guests unless traveling with an infant. Dogs are welcomed however MUST be approved prior to arrival, including service animals. Dog fee is $50. Please pick up after your pet. This home has 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside.


Guest access
You will have the entire house, parking lot. yard and fire pit. The use of kayaks are included with your stay. You will especially love the large screened in porch overlooking the back yard. Have more guests? We do have RV spots and 3 other rental properties on site as well as the restaurant. We think you will love our 30 acres of Old Florida living.


Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking inside the home! Home is intended for the use of the reserved guest only. Guest staying on the property must be added to the reservation. This includes dogs. The use of this facility for parties, events or meetings is expressly prohibited unless pre-approved by the facilities manager.

Welcome to Airboat Territory. The Cove is the only restaurant on Lake Henderson available by boat. We get plenty of pleasure craft and airboats as customers. Airboats are fun to watch, but can be noisy.
