You’ll be located within driving distance of seven world-renowned ski areas, many of which convert to bike parks during the summer. The condo is within walking distance of the Lily Pad Trailhead. In addition, there is a local theater in the quaint town of Dillon just a few miles away, and the Breckenridge Golf Club less than 15 miles away. The condo is a short walk from the free Summit County bus line, which will take you into town for a bite to eat or to the ski areas for a day on the slopes. Enjoy exploring the towns nearby and their many fun-filled activities and wide array of restaurants and shops, as well as more local attractions available during all four seasons—all within driving distance.

Inside this home, you'll find a wood-burning fireplace in the quaint living area, a balcony with splendid views of the sunrise and apres-ski sunset, and spacious bedrooms for you and your guests. The kitchen contains everything you’ll need to cook up a hearty meal including stainless steel appliances.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are currently no operational hot tubs or pools within this community. However, the pool across the street on Tokay Dr. is available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
